The property also features additional 2 half bathrooms for convenience by the poolside and on the main level. All rooms offer unobstructed panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. Guests can enjoy the infinity pool (heated in the winter months) with an expansive view of the sea and sky, 2 living rooms with smart TVs and streaming services to catch your favorite sports or movies, a fully equipped kitchen for your use or for a private chef to create a delicious meal just for you. There is also a coffee bar fully stocked for your coffee fix, day or night. Do you like to grill? There is an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, wet bar, and seating. Each bathroom has everything needed, so you don't have to lug your shampoo bottles from home, an office with printer in case you have to work while you are away, WiFi, AC, and other essential amenities. The house is so beautiful and we received a very warm welcome including snacks and drinks. The house had everything you need and more. It was such a treat to have little extras like amazing coffee, bread, creamer and a fridge and cupboards stocked with condiments and spices. And the bathrooms stocked with quality shampoos, conditioners and body lotion. Comfy beds and pillows, wonderfully heated salt water pool, and let’s not forget the sunrises!!!!

If you have the opportunity to stay here, I would highly recommend doing so. Everything about this home is luxurious. The home has stunning views of the sea from almost every room. The kitchen and dining area are perfect for dinners crafted by local chefs that they can provide you with. Coffee on the balcony with panoramic views of the first place the sun greets Mexico. The infinity pool is perfect for a quiet afternoon. Location cannot be beat. On the south side of the island, quiet retreat within a short walk to Punta Sur and The Joint. From the owners, Patricia and Leo, to the incredibly helpful staff they have, this is a truly special place to stay. We had a golf cart and groceries at the home upon our evening arrival. Little touches like this make this a must for luxury travel. We will be back.

Casa Brisa Tranquila is truly a dream home and an absolutely stunning vacation rental on Isla Mujeres. The home itself is amazing with the most beautiful modern decor that has a very cozy feel. Super well maintained home stocked with almost anything you could need in a vacation rental.The host (owner), Patricia, was very helpful and can answer any question or request you want. She communicates very well and went above and beyond any host we have ever had to make sure our stay was comfortable and perfect. She has a small staff (property manager and housekeeper, etc) that she personally knows very well and ensures they provide the best service for your stay. She and her staff can also arrange for a chef, golf carts to be delivered to the house, and many other services you may want to enjoy.Kitchen is fully stocked with everything and the pool, which was heated for our January stay, is beautiful. Plenty of pool towels and even some towels and beach bags for the beach.Bedrooms are nicely outfitted and beds were very comfortable. We were a family of 5 with Dad, Mom and 3 young adults.We all loved the house and the Isla. This was our first time on the Isla Mujeres and we definitely want to come back again and stay at the house. There are so many eateries, bars, and beach club restaurants that provide a great experience. In my opinion, a golf cart is a must to get around and provides a much more fun experience.
