We are located right in the heart of Isla Mujeres, our lovely little Island located a short boat ride from the shore of Cancun.

Our condo is within walking distance of everything Isla Mujeres is famous for; the white sands and turquoise waters of North Beach, Hidalgo Street (Isla's main street filled with restaurants, cafes, live music, shops, and bars), and the main Zocalo, where you can take in the sights of authentic Isla living. There is a vibrant nightlife in downtown Isla Mujeres and it's all within walking distance!

If a quiet, low key retreat is for you, our fully furnished condo is just what you're looking for. With the pool as the centerpiece, each condo faces inward, giving the feel of an authentic hacienda-style local, with privacy being utmost importance. Our condo boasts a full kitchen, living and dining area, plush king-sized bed, TV including Netflix and a beautiful pool with lounge chairs right outside the front door. A fresh fruit juice shop and delicious breakfast cafe sits right outside our main entrance and more than a dozen other dining choices are within a block from our location.

This was our 1st stay on Isla and it was PERFECT. If you want to be able to cook a few meals the kitchen is amazing and well stocked. If you want to head out for food Hildago is a short 2 block walk. From check in to check out we couldnt have asked for anything more. We will be back

Beautiful condo right in downtown. Everything is just as the pictures show. Right in the heart of downtown yet so quiet at night. One street away from tons of shops and restaurants. So close to the beautiful north beach. They provide beach chairs, towels, and umbrella. This is so nice so you dont have to pay for chairs and umbrella. Kitchen has everything you need. The owner is so nice and quick to respond to all my questions. Was easy to find. He even provided a sweet birthday treat for me. When we arrived we had a wonderful in person run down of the condo and the area. Highly recommend this place and will be back! Must stay if you are ever in Isla Mujeres!

Zero Complaints

We have no complaints. Already looking at coming back in 6 months with more family and booking the 2 bedroom. This location is perfect for all the things. We were really appreciative of the beach chairs and umbrellas that were available to use. The room was clean, comfortable and very roomy. Booking and check-in was easy. We came with friends who stayed in a house on the south end of the Island and they were wishing they would have booked where we did.

10 Days On Isla

I was totally burned out at work and this was a great place to crash out and relax. Anything I needed was a short walk away. The condo is fully equipped so if I wanted to cook I could. There’s beach chairs and umbrellas so you don’t get stuck paying beach club rent. Great restaurants right out the gate and great coffee just down the street. 11/10

The best place to stay in Isla Mujeres

First time to Isla, won’t be our last. We loved our apartment, the courtyard & the pool. Such a great community of visitors & residents. Would gather and chat in the courtyard daily. Very safe & secure Location was amazing, one block from Hidalgo St., laundry service - 2 blocks away. We were at the beach in minutes. Any of our questions were answered quickly and completely. Isla is a very special place. We’ll be back !

We enjoyed our stay! The place is in an excellent location and has all the things you need for the beach including 2 chairs, 2 umbrellas, and beach towels. The kitchen is stocked with everything a person could need including coffee, dishes and plenty of pans and utensils. Nice TV. AC is cool and the ceiling fans move air nicely.

This is our third stay at this condo unit. Management is very responsive. The unit is clean and comfortable. The pool refreshing and so nice to have right outside the door. Beach chairs and umbrellas were nice to have. Easy walk to beach, restaurants and shopping.

Stayed 3 nights. We wanted to be in the downtown area and this was the perfect location. In the heart of everything from food, shopping and Playa Norte. We also rented a cart for 3 days and this location had parking available just for guests. Safe, quiet and clean place!

The property itself was pretty decent it was exactly what I expected. The location was perfect as it is within walking distance to everything on this side of the island the ocean was at kost a 5 minute walk and even shorter times for local restaurants. The condo was mostly clean however there were stains on the sheets and pillows that did not invoke extra cleanliness. The shower water pressure wasnt the best while the sink pressure was like a jet stream. Our biggest complaint was actually that finding the condo was a major hassle. The provided address is not correct at all, google maps cant even figure out what youre trying to find when you put the address in. After a while of searching and asking locals who also couldnt help us locate it. I decided to try the one somewhat defining name that was in the emails and it came up with TWO places on the island that have the same name! Luckily I knew the general area of where it should be and could deduce which was the correct one but this was a major oversight. Our other big complaint was that the gate for the condos is not intuitive. It has two forms of entry with a code and a key. At first we were only told 1 half of the code so we got locked out and when we tried the key it would not work. Fortunately the manager responded quickely and gave us the rest of the code but we also tried the key and found that you have to basically force the key into position almost breaking it just to open the gate.

Isla vacation

The condo was great and the pictures were very accurate. Location was perfect as it was only a 5 minute walk to North Beach as well most everything else. Felt secure with the gated access and place was very quiet. We are in the process of looking at dates next year to return.
