The Penthouse at Tres Chile's is located on the third floor. Casa Tres Chile's is a three-bedroom home that is located below and occupies the first and second floors. Both units have private entrances.
The apartment is a bit small but really fine for two. The view is magnificent--almost makes you feel like you are on a ship. We never tired of sitting on the patio and watching frigate birds soar overhead. The decor was also nice and the TV was great--Dish Network which we also have at home. The bed was comfortable and the neighborhood friendly, with three nice restaurants nearby. Finally, Ana, the property manager, was really helpful!
Now the bad: Things did not work at the apartment. The stovetop burners were OK, but the oven did not work. The grill outside did not work (maybe no propane?), and the washer and dryer did not work. We did get hot water, but not in the kitchen sink--only in the other taps. So I think this wonderful place just needs some investment to get things functioning properly once again.
