This hotel was totally different then the picture shown in hotel.com. Very dirty windows were covered with hard curtains and curtains were very dusty. We could stay even one night even we were booked for two nights. They changed our rooms too. And told us to give 15000 rupees refund that I didnât receive yet.
The room was neat and clean, staff was very courteous. The area had a lot of eating and dining options available. They serve a yummy evening tea/ Hi tea platter to all guests for free. Will come again.
Hotel is in good location .fully equipped with mod cons but i wasnt happy with the cleanliness of bathroom. Tiles and wc basin all very grubby. Breakfast is continental but basic. Overall I would stay again for a night or two stopover.location is ideal
I arrived fairly late afternoon a day of riding my motorcycle from peshawar. They instantly gave me juices and water. Then the door bell boy grabbed all my luggage on my bike which I felt bad but he did not need any help. That night they offered me dinner as well. Truly one of the best hotel experience I have ever had in the 91 countries i have visited.
Very bad Experience in my life. Very dirty no Water in all bathrooms showers were not working. I think Hotel.com should include only that hotels that can provides the standard services. I can say its fraud nothing else.
I was sitting at the reception of the hotel and the front desk personnel told me that I cannot make changes or add days to my hotel stay and that I have to call long distance (US) to make booking changes, which I painstakingly did by going to the market and adding enough balance to my cell phone to call long distance and go through to the voice messages to reach the live operator to ask for help.
Here I would like to quote an English Singer Sting who said
We are working far too much
On redundancy of touch
The room was ok... the area is under construction, no terrace, the curtain fell down and was staring at wall, tv did not work! Other guest werent allowed to visit even though. The shower wasnt a shower more like a trickle from the wall.
Washroom was awful, smelly & cold. There was construction going on around the hotel with noise of heavy machinery it wasn't peaceful and relaxing at all. So we had 10 days stay but very next day we moved to another hotel.
Hotel staff very polite very professional breakfast was delicious when I go back to Islamabad I will come back to the intellectual inn .I absolutely loved the hotel.
