Enjoy a restful slumber in our thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each offering a sanctuary of comfort and privacy. The Yellowstone House comfortably accommodates up to 17 guests with 4 king suites (each with a private bathroom) and a custom-built bunk room featuring 3 queen beds, 3 twin beds, and a private bathroom with dual shower rooms.

Every bedroom is equipped with brand new Casper mattresses for a restorative night's sleep. Each room includes a private full bathroom, 8-foot sliding glass doors with outdoor views, access to a private deck, blackout curtains for uninterrupted rest, and a smart TV.

The primary bedroom offers a spacious layout with a cozy couch for lounging. The luxurious en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower with double shower heads and a freestanding bathtub for ultimate relaxation.


The Kitchen, a haven for culinary enthusiasts, boasts state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, including an 8-burner stove top, double oven, and two built-in refrigerators and freezers. With designer details like locally reclaimed barnwood and crafted oak, the kitchen is both beautiful and functional. The island seats 6 at the bar, and the dining table seats 10.

Store your provisions in the dual pantry and laundry room, which also features two washers, two dryers, and a separate powder room for added convenience.

The custom-built bunk room is a favorite among families and friends, offering a cozy retreat with three queen beds below, three twin beds above, a private bathroom, two showers, a smart TV, and outdoor access—perfect for late-night fun and shared adventures.

Located in a remote paradise, The Yellowstone House offers modern conveniences such as internet access, heating, and A/C (a rare find in Island Park). Step onto the covered back deck, spanning the length of the house, and enjoy the outdoors year-round.


The expansive circular driveway provides a grand entrance and practical parking solutions for guests bringing trailers and outdoor toys. Designed for easy entry and exit, it accommodates vehicles of all sizes. Additionally, Tesla chargers are available upon request for eco-conscious guests. Enjoy peace of mind knowing every detail has been considered to enhance your experience at our secluded retreat in Island Park, Idaho. We are approximately 45 minutes from the West Yellowstone entrance of the park.

Enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country ski trails, ice fishing, hot tubbing, sledding, snowmobiling, Yellowstone snowmobiling, tubing. Mesa Falls is amazing in the winter for snowmobiling, and so is Johnny Sack Cabin.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $35 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.
