Notes:

- Four kayaks are available for guest use and are located in the garage! For your safety, we provide 2 adult (large) life jackets, 2 youth life jackets & 2 children`s life jackets. If you need additional life jackets, you must provide your own.

- Guests will have access to the entire property, including the garage, as well as all HOA amenities such as the private boat launch and picnic area.

- EV Charger: There is complimentary EV charger in the garage for your convenience! Guests must bring their own cord.

Winter Advisory: Roads are maintained, however weather conditions can change quickly - during the fall, winter, and spring months, 4x4 or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended.
