This gorgeous and spacious lakefront house is the perfect location for large family gatherings. With 6 Bedrooms, a sleeping loft, 12 beds and 4.5 bathrooms, this large house can comfortably accommodate up to 24 guests. Enjoy fishing from the private dock, cruising out on the lake, grilling on the back deck or creating family memories of roasting marshmallows and telling stories around the fire at the private fire pit. This home is the perfect gathering place to reconnect and have a most memorable reunion

On the main level you enter into the spacious living room with a large fireplace and TV. Next to the living room is a half-bath, and a full sized kitchen with a large dining area and bar seating. The two dining tables seat six and eight people. Attached to the kitchen is the mudroom, laundry room and pantry. The living room has access to the large furnished deck that overlooks the backyard, dock and lake. Also on this level is an office and one of the two master suites that has a king bed, private fireplace, deck access, TV, walk-in shower and a walk-in closet.

On the top level, to the right of the stairs is a second master suite with a king bed, a soaking tub and walk-in closet. To the right of the stairs are two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a jack and jill bathroom. On this level is also the sleeping loft, with five queen bed and one double bed.

The lower level features the secondary living room with a fireplace and tv, a kitchenette, theater room, a game room with a ping pong and pool table, a shared bathroom and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed.

Amenities at the Shenandoah Family Retreat include a fire pit, theater room, ping pong table, pool table, playground, two kitchens with granite countertops and plenty of seating, double oven, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, basic kitchen utensils, dishware, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, smart TVs, board games, pack and play, high chair, heat, barbecue, free WiFi and garbage haul off.

Located on Bill's Island which sits in Island Park reservoir, this home back up to the lake which makes it very convenient to reach via car or boat. Enjoy easy access to the lake from the private dock where you can leave your boat during your entire stay so that you don't need to worry about taking your boat in and out of the water.

There is convenient ATV trail access from the lake-house. If your group is interested in exploring some of the trails in the area and you're in need of some machine rentals, we partner with several local rental companies and some of them can deliver the machines directly to your rental cabin.

With it being less than an hour drive away, be sure to visit Yellowstone National Park during your stay with us. There are countless beautiful sights to see including geysers, waterfalls, thermal features and an abundance of wildlife. We especially love to see the West Thumb Geyser, Mammoth Hot Springs and Hayden Valley.

Guests will need their own transportation in order to get to the cabin, stores, restaurants, and Yellowstone National Park as there are no public transportation or ride share services available in the area.
