This bright and fresh, one-bedroomed property has a fantastic outlook, overlooking the sea from its upstairs balcony. The property has been designed with the living area upstairs to benefit from the sea views. The open plan living space has patio doors that open out onto a balcony where couples can enjoy a glass of wine and take in the sea views, as well as the red deer that can be seen occasionally in the front field and dolphins and porpoises in the sea depending on the time of year. Downstairs, the spacious and comfortable bedroom also has a sea view and in the bathroom some Arran Aromatics toiletries are provided for guests. Whiting Bay is just a few miles away offering bar, restaurant, coffee shop, convenience store, post office, beach and golf club. Just a few miles further south guests can visit Kildonan, which is popular for its beach and frequent seal and otter spotting along with a hotel which is open to the public. Woodlea Cottage 1 is perfect for couples looking to get away from it all, or just as a last minute getaway. Beach 2 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
