Elevated Oceanfront 6 Bedroom / 6.5 Bath Home With Large Screened Porch, Elevator & Access to Beach (part boardwalk and part dune)! This seaside retreat features heart of pine floors & beautiful wood paneling. It is the perfect place for building family memories and enjoying summer days and nights with friends. Enjoy sunrises and ocean breezes on the large screened porch or the sundeck. Beautifully decorated home with large yard, and private access path (part boardwalk and part dune) to beach. This home has the most repeat guests from Island Realty, so book now!

Features include: Flat-screen TV/DVD in living room, den and Bedroom 1, WiFi, Gas Grill, Elevator access at every level, and an outdoor shower underneath the house. Third floor den is host to a TV with DVD, wet bar and mini fridge, and access to oceanfront balcony. Dining table seats ten with additional seating for four at breakfast table, and three along kitchen island. Half bath and laundry room/Pantry located just off kitchen.

It was a beautiful, nicely decorated house with great views of the beach and the ocean. Nearly everything about the house and property was as good as or better than what was advertised. We hope to return again for another stay.

Our family vacation!

We really enjoyed the rental house. We especially love the ocean front.! If I had any complaints, it would be to finish out the decking that goes over the Dune to the ocean front. Great vacation!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We all had a wonderful time. The porch on the back of the house was screened and had great furniture. We spent so much time out there. The rooms were all a generous size we never felt like we were crowded even while together. The kitchen was the most complete I have ever seen in a rental. Which was great because we had a coookie bake off competition.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the house was terrific, we had two complaints. First, the stove top was not functioning properly. (We suggest it be replaced.) It was very difficult to operate and did not heat properly. Since we were only using the stove top for our breakfasts, it did not present a MAJOR problem, but we were definitely unhappy with it. Second, the elevator was malfunctioning, which was of great concern, as two members of our group were handicapped. After contacting Island Realty about the problem, they had one of their maintenance staff come to the property to verify our complaint. (We did not go out for dinner as planned, since we were not sure the elevator would be reliable to move between the first and ground floors. It would not go up to the second floor at all.) When the elevator technician came to the property the next day, he implied that we were not using the elevator properly and stated there was nothing wrong with it! Since I had emphasized the importance of having a functional elevator to accommodate our handicapped family members, we were extremely unhappy with the situation and the way it was ultimately handled. Would not recommend this property if any handicapped people in your party.

Reviewer Comments: 2106, a beautiful home has a KEY problem. 1)could not lock the front door on departure, 2) never could use the elevator since the key to unlock it was NOT present were it was supposed to be on first level, 3) 2 year old granadaughter locked herself out of her bath room on first floor (thank God she did not herself IN!). No key for that either. Otherwise great property.
