Charming home in Isle of Palms with 2-sundecks, covered parking, and grill

Charming and traditional raised home, 2 blocks from the beach! Entering the property you will find an open living - dining room area with wet bar. This house enjoys a split floor plan with master bedroom and master bath on one side and two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom on the opposite side of the house. Master bedroom has a king sized bed while the two guest bedrooms have 2 twins and a queen. Through the living room and off the back of the house, you will enjoy being up in the trees while relaxing in the sun-room. Sun-room offers twin day bed. Off the sun-room and master bedroom is a spacious deck.

Features include: kitchen with desk area, sunroom, 2 sundecks, outdoor shower, covered parking, charcoal grill, complimentary Cable and wireless high-speed internet. All bed linens, towels and starter kit/ toiletries are included. 1 towel set per person is provided. Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rentals.
**** Starter kits/toiletries include small dish soap, small dishwasher detergent, 1-2 kitchen trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, TP in each bathroom, starter size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bar.

Myself and a friend really enjoyed our stay this weekend! The house was clean, check in was easy, well stocked with pots/pans/dishes! The area was quiet and the two block walk to the beach was flat and easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this house.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at 910 Palm with my two adult children and their spouses for a wedding in Charleston. The house was plenty roomy and nice for us. As others mentioned, it is not newly renovated but it is certainly updated enough for a week's vacation to a beach town where no one intends to hang out in the house much anyway. (it's just as updated as the house I live in the other 51 weeks of the year). The only downside for me was that I took the front bedroom and there was no blind or curtains on the window which made it a little uncomfortable with the light turned on at night time, the blind was broken and in the closet. One very small thing that would help a renter is a few garbage bags, plastic wrap, foil, baggies etc... I really don't want to buy all of that for my short stay. Shampoo/soap are personal choices, garbage bags are not.Overall, I think the house is great and would not hesitate to rent it again

The peak of the cathedral ceiling showed some mildew from previous leaks. After a very long hard rainy period the ceiling began to leak and then the texture layer pulled away and fell. House needs a new roof and living room ceiling. The rest of the house was in very good shape, clean and comfortable. The location on Palm Blvd was a short walk to the beach and convenient to shopping. The neighboring houses are close in back and on the sides, but not noisy.

Well-stocked kitchen made cooking really easy. We found the beds and furniture very comfortable. Loved the back decks and the outdoor furniture. (Plenty of chairs!) Listing states that the property is 1.5 blocks to the beach, but it is really 2 to 2.5 blocks, since beach access is between 2 streets. Plenty of room for parking.
