Oceanfront, Fabulous elevated home with outstanding ocean views in private community with communal pool and tennis/pickelball courts. Beautiful heart pine flooring, large outdoor sundeck (up and down). Outside shower, CD Player, Flat screen TVs, Cable, DVD, VCR, WiFi, grill. Linens included. No Smoking. No Pets. The square footage of this house is 2,193.

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

While this is outside of our control, we want to be transparent that intermittent noise may occur. We currently do not have a timeline on when this work is scheduled for completion.****

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Downstairs Oceanside bath had a terrible odor all week. Owner gave us a bottle of pinesole to pour down drains daily. Did little to help. Steps to front door in need of replacement to the point of being dangerous. Kitchen is well stocked but in need of remodeling. Living room and dining room very outdated, carpet is threadbare and furniture is stained. Numerous windows are impossible to see out due to fogging between glass panes. The ground level area underneath home is cluttered and in need of painting and repair. Lots of junk needs to be thrown out as well. Love the area but will not rent this unit again after staying there two years in a row.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first time we have actually talked about returning to the same beach. We have visited other beaches but none of them really fit our family. The house really helped with this experience, it was perfect for a family of five. It is in a great location, clean and well supplied. For us this was the first time we had a washer and drier available for our use which was very nice to have.The view of the ocean was incredible.
