* Pool passes for use at the two Grand Pavilion oceanfront community pools and cabana area.
* Dog friendly (but you must notify us of your dog in advance of your stay!). There will be additional charges if you do not notify us in advance of your stay that your dog will be joining you. Cats, birds, lizards and other household pets are not permitted at this home.
* Private parking for a maximum of 4 small cars is included in the rental rate. Please also note that parking is limited within the Wild Dunes Resort so any additional cars will need to be parked off-resort.
* Don't wait in an office to check-in or get a key! Drive straight to Ocean Sunrise and enter the front door with a secure electronic lock code. Prior to your visit, we will send you our mobile app with directions and full instructions.

Guests enter Ocean Sunrise through the exterior door near the garage. Once inside the garage, look for the staircase up to the home. Upon entering the front door of the home, you'll find the kitchen, dining area, the living room, half bathroom and queen suite. Take the stairs to the second floor to find the primary suite and the twin suite. Take the stairs to the third floor to find the king suite and the twin suite. There are private outdoor balconies off of the living room, primary suite, king suite, queen suite and one of the twin suites.
DOGS CONSIDERED, DOG FEES MAY APPLY, PLEASE INQUIRE. Cats are NOT permitted.
NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. Fireplace and elevator are NOT available for guest use at any time. Please be mindful of the residential character of the home -- and respectful of our neighbors -- throughout your stay. It truly felt like a little slice of paradise, and we can’t wait to return!
Our family had the most wonderful stay at 59 Grand Pavilion. The ocean views were breathtaking, and the home’s décor made it feel both luxurious and comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise, walks along the beach and evenings listening to the waves. There was plenty of space for everyone, and every detail was perfect. It truly felt like a little slice of paradise, and we can’t wait to return!

I don't normally leave reviews but this time I just had to.
From the time you walk up, with the lush greenery and the sound of the ocean, you feel the restful character of this place. The comfort and amenities are all carefully curated to enhance the stunning ocean views that await you from every room.
The balcony is the cherry on top, connecting seamlessly to the interior which is where everyone will want to spend time.

This place was amazing! Definitely one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. The beachfront was beautiful. The access to everything in IOP was great! There was enough space for our big group with plenty to spare. Can’t wait to visit again!
As a wedding filmmaker, I’ve had the privilege of traveling to countless venues — and 59 Grand Pavilion on Isle of Palms is truly a standout. I was absolutely blown away by the amenities and overall experience. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly balanced modern style with that inviting beach house touch. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it ideal for an intimate wedding or elopement.
Beach access was just steps away, and the views were nothing short of breathtaking — perfect for capturing those golden-hour moments. Every detail, from the layout to the cleanliness, made the stay effortless and enjoyable. I can’t recommend this property enough for couples looking for a stunning coastal setting that feels both luxurious and relaxed.

We had an opportunity to visit this beautiful home where a dear friend’s weekend wedding celebration commenced! I simply cannot describe to you that it was an absolute perfect location for such a celebration and would have loved to have been able to spend even more time enjoying this incredible property.
This vacation home is located in the exclusive Wild Dunes community, a place there’s anything you may be looking for or enjoy strolling through the community meeting your neighbors in your evening walk. Once we entered the home, our first impression is comfortable, it felt open and airy, beautifully decorated with a delicately beachy feel and perfectly laid out for multiple couples/ guests. Many of us enjoyed lots of down time on one of several porches facing the beach of Isle of Palms, a perfect place to enjoy Charleston weather and spend an evening talking, laughing and sharing a drink.
The rooms were spacious and I especially loved the open concept of the kitchen and main living area for everyone to easily gather together. The bedrooms are all luxurious and decor absolutely breathtaking with amenities of everything you could ask for or need in a vacation home. The very best part of this house is it’s only steps to the fine sands of Isle of Palms where you can come and go as much as you please when you want to break from the heat of the mid day sun. And wait until you see the sunsets!!!
