Family friendly stay
The staff was very friendly and accommodating and provided a baby crib, lots of water, and always offered help with our stroller. With a baby and toddler, we had a very pleasant stay.

Location, is within walking distance from all the places ( Bazaar, Sultanhan Ahmet, Ayasofya). The staff was extremely attentive specially Mesut and Kemal.

The Alzer Hotel is directly across from the Blue Mosque and on the Hippodrome, which is all flat. Istanbul is very hilly, so this was a fantastic location for me, who has mobility issues due to a bad knee. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. The food was exquisite, and all the staff were the best I have ever encountered... nothing was ever too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the Alzer Hotel, and we would love to return one day and stay here again.

They upgraded our room and it was very clean , staff was very helpful and service was very good . Food was a bit expensive but it tasted very good . Location is ideal for any tourist.

This is the place to be if it’s your first time and you want to be close to all the tourist sites. The whole area is semi-closed off with very friendly tourist police. Wonderful little hotel, clean, nice decor. . Would love to have spent more days there. The buffet on the top floor is amazing - Great views. Close to tram stop. Very walkable. If you’re driving this is not the neighborhood
