The space
The Bedroom:
The extra large bedroom has a double king size bed and a balcony where you can smoke, have a cup of tea or just gaze out into the streets. There is a lounger sofa and dressing table.

Equipped with blackouts on the windows and the balcony door, so you can be assured of a restful sleep.

Separate air conditioning and heating control.
A 50” LG TV in the bedroom for you to watch Netflix or Internet TV.
An electronic safe in the cupboard to keep your valuables.

The Living Room:
The living room has a super comfortable sofa and a dining table for 4 in the living room

Separate air-conditioning and heating control, unlimited superfast wifi and a LG 50” TV in the living room to watch Netflix or Internet TV.

There is a well designed bathroom with a separate glass door separated shower area with 24 hour hot water.
You have access to a washing machine and a separate dryer in the apartment.

The Kitchen:
You get a fully stocked kitchen armed with pots and pans, crockery and cutlery if you wish to prepare a home cooked meal.
Equipped with latest gadgets from induction cooking range with oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, to a sandwich grill.
There is a water purifier tap in the kitchen sink which provides safe and clean drinking water. So, you don’t need to tug large water bottles throughout your stay!

To make your stay comfortable we provide the following:
1) All toiletries – toilet rolls, tissue paper, hand wash, body wash, shampoo.
2) Personal hygiene – toothbrush, toothpaste, earbuds, cotton swabs.
3) First aid kit – bandages, antiseptic liquid.
4) Kitchen supplies – Sunflower oil, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee.
5) Cleaning supplies – Scrubs, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, cleaning liquid.
6) Linen – 4 bath towels and 4 napkins, 2 sets of bed, pillow and duvet covers, 2 bathroom mats and 2 kitchen cloths.
7) Others – Hairdryer, electronic safe locker for valuables.

There is some construction work in progress in the back lane of the apartment and although our sound proofed windows are excellent, you may experience slight noise during this period.
