Fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and the location was ideal for getting around easily. Everything was well organised and ran smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

My room number 233 was kept spotlessly clean and a surprise plate of fresh fruit was cling-wrapped and left for me a few times in my one week stay. Concierge was very helpful, carrying my bags to my room almost all the time. Onor (name misspelt but translates to Honor) was my favorite and honorable concierge. He got taxis for me and calculated the price ahead of time for me. He was the best! The food was amazing, I had daily breakfast like a king and was treated like a king. Will be back!
