LâhĂŽtel est trĂšs bien situĂ© Ă 2 pas du quartier animĂ© dâIstiklal oĂč lâon trouve tout ce quâil faut (boutiques, restauration, transports..) sur place et jusque tard la nuit. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner proposĂ© dans le cafĂ© en face est excellent, et avec un service et personnel au top ! En revanche en ce qui concerne lâhĂŽtel les prestations sont franchement dĂ©cevantes : lâaccueil ou il nây a jamais personne, un numĂ©ro whatsapp pour les joindre. Jâai demandĂ© une fois un fer Ă repasser je nâai pas pu lâobtenir. Le 3e lit que nous avions demandĂ© pour notre enfant de 3 ans et pour lequel nous avions payĂ© un supplĂ©ment (chambre triple) a Ă©tĂ© posĂ© dans lit fermĂ© dans la chambre nous ne lâavons finalement pas utilisĂ©. La chambre mal amĂ©nagĂ© une colonne entre le lit et la tĂ©lĂ© empĂȘche de voir la tĂ©lĂ©. Levier de salle de bains trop petit qui faisait que nous avion un plan toujours mouillĂ©.
