This was one of my worst stays in Turkey to date. I was shocked to see the high reviews after staying here. To start, the location of the hotel is not great. It is at the top of the hill and taxis had a very difficult time finding it even with the gps. When we arrived, they showed us to the room where we quickly realized that the bedroom did not have air conditioning. We asked about this and they immediately said "that is not a requirement in Turkey and very uncommon in Europe." The breakfast was also very cheap with very little selections. Overall, this stay was definitely not worth the price and we will not be coming back. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Blue vista hotel and spa, is a very beautiful hotel close to public transport and local amenities. We stayed in the family suit which was a great size, well decorated with a/c in all rooms. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast was good. We would be back again.

staff are very helpful and friendly location is good around 3 malls and a beach and also not far if you are interested to go to Florya mall and Florya beach , nice buffet breakfast, good size pool and spa services

Spent just one night for business. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the huge size of the room. It was convenient for what we needed and exceeded my expectations. It is not super convenient to the touristy areas but that wasn’t what I was needing. It worked great for my business trip and I would choose to stay here again if I’m back in town.

It was a nightmare for my durations of stay with my family at this noisy, outdated building, no amenities, incompetent staff, most staff can't speak English. On our checkin, the bathroom no light and they can't fix, second day full powercut so no power, no hot water no lift stoke in the building for hours, the bathroom was small and faulty, no AC in bedroom as advertised, this is a scam hotel with fake review. AVOID AT ANY COST.

Bel hĂŽtel, cependant on a dĂ» faire pas mal de demandes Ă  l’accueil, on avait pas de couette, de l’eau chaude, problĂšme de serrure, etc. Il y a des trous dans le tapis, etc. Cependant le personnel est trĂšs gentil et Ă  l’écoute de nos demandes. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est pas assez garni, pas de jus de fruit, pas de viennoiseries, manque de diversitĂ© au petit dĂ©jeuner.

Vi bodde pĂ„ hotellet i en vecka under vĂ„r semester, och överlag Ă€r vi vĂ€ldigt nöjda. SjĂ€lva hotellet Ă€r stort, fint och passar perfekt för en familj med 2–3 barn – vi kĂ€nde oss bekvĂ€ma och barnen trivdes vĂ€ldigt bra. LĂ€get Ă€r fantastiskt, hotellet ligger vĂ€ldigt centralt, och frĂ„n högsta vĂ„ningen (vi bodde pĂ„ vĂ„ning 11) hade vi en otrolig utsikt över hela Istanbul. Verkligen magiskt! Frukosten var ocksĂ„ mycket bra, med ett brett utbud som passade bĂ„de vuxna och barn. Ett litet minus Ă€r stĂ€dningen. Det stĂ„r att man kan be om stĂ€dning vid behov, men vi tycker att det borde ingĂ„ som en rutin, Ă„tminstone varannan dag. Det kĂ€ndes lite obekvĂ€mt att behöva ringa eller gĂ„ ner till receptionen varje gĂ„ng man behövde nya handdukar eller ville ha rummet stĂ€dat. Annars var det en hĂ€rlig vistelse och vi skulle absolut kunna tĂ€nka oss att komma tillbaka, speciellt om stĂ€drutinerna förbĂ€ttras.

La suite est superbe, les lits vraiment confortables et comme demandĂ©, on a eu une belle vue. Des soucis sont apparus le lendemain car on a eu une fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain. On l’a signalĂ© dĂšs le lendemain matin et le soir en rentrant rien n’était fait; ce n’est qu’aprĂšs une 2nde demande au soir qu’un changement de suite nous a Ă©tĂ© proposĂ©. On a donc dĂ» dĂ©mĂ©nager mais avec une vue qui n’était pas au RDV. La gĂ©rante Selda ainsi que le monsieur qui aide au soir sont top! Selda et moi avons Ă©changĂ© sur WhatsApp et elle nous a rĂ©servĂ© nos transferts aĂ©roport-hĂŽtel dans des voitures VIP trĂšs confortables. Le contenu du petit-dĂ©jeuner est raisonnable et permet de dĂ©couvrir des produits locaux, on entame ainsi une bonne journĂ©e d'activitĂ©s touristiques. L’hĂŽtel Ă©tant situĂ© loin des sites touristiques, on a pris des Istanbul kart afin de prendre les transports en commun (quasi 2h de trajet).
