Service was below average Condition of the room is terrible Walls and ceiling full of cracks Room is too hot and can’t be adjusted due to broken radiator Advertising full SPA service but fact is no service at all apart from swimming pool and sauna by yourself Most important, the hotel is situated in a downhill and impossible to walk, need to climb, must use transportation. Kitchen but no cutlery at all, no spoons, knives, forks, plates or any thing to cook in. Only positive remark is rooms are spacious

Perfect

I cannot believe the bad reviews this hotel has. The staff and the service they provided could not be faulted. It was far superior to a lot of the larger establishments we have stayed in. The breakfast was a typical Turkish one with plenty of choice and as much tea as you wanted. It was spotlessly clean and well decorated throughout. There was lots of very interesting artwork both in the bedroom and in the public areas. It is not in the centre which makes it very quiet but it only cost approx 20tl into centre. It is exceptionally hilly so not sure how easy it would be to walk but you'd have to be fit to make it. At the moment this hotel is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with walking difficulties as there are fairly steep steps into reception area. This could change in the future so check before booking. Once inside its disabled friendly.

Worst hotel in Istanbul

The worst hotel I have ever went to for the price. First of all the location is so bad (a bit far from supermarkets and very far from downtown) and you can get way better hotel with better location than this one for the price. The entrance is with stairs so if you have a wheelchair it's a nightmare. I asked for a non smoking room but when I arrived it smelled so bad and they gave me the worst room possible and when I asked to change the room they just sent a women to clean. The breakfast is honestly unbelievably small and limited, even hostels and motels could provide better breakfast than this hotel. They don't even have a coffee machine or fruits. Also the people working here will try to scam you and take every single dollar from you. The customer service here is absolute trash especially the boss. The prices match other hotels that have way better service and location so I highly recommend looking for another hotel near the bosphorus.

Some great bits and some bad worth a read tho

We come to turkey for IVF and got to the hotel late went to the room and was hoping for a nice deluxe room was ok but mould in shower had terrace out side not table and chairs to sit and paint coming of the ceiling and the door to the terrace did not lock worse bit was next day wanted to go swimming and the pool was stone cold and the jacuzzi was broken and the spa treatments they said they did don’t they don’t have any one to do it for you there we spoke with hotels.com and said our problems and wanted to be moved as paid extra to stay this hotel because wanted spa treatments but the hotel would not budge so got moved rooms to another one a lot better tho but was up set about the pool they said they would heat it up but never did but I still used it as was way to hot any ways they keep turning the air con off tho and had to ask to put on and there bar not great a couple of beers and that’s it wine they can order in and other drinks but high prices. Breakfast was more Turkish style so meats cheese bread no fruit tho so did not eat there at all worth getting the local apps for taxi and food delivery as get food ordered in and taxis get the blue color if can drivers better and taxis better yellow ok but some are so rude and half broken but the manager at the hotel so lovely and the beds omg let me take home even know I said this I would stay again as not that bad when look over a couple of bits and there are a lot worse hotels one we went to next never again thank you Lee

Card key for the room not working like we had to change it many time. There is no restaurant service like they’ve mentioning innthe description. I only enjoyed the jacuzzi honestly.. The pictures border on false advertising, the room was dirty, in poor condition and not as advertised. The staff tried to put our bags in a room that was already occupied, and they had no interest in our concerns when we checked out early. The area is also terrible, too many hills and too far away from everything you want.

The property is not as described. My room to be exact requires renovation. The ceiling and kitchen worktop needs to be repaired. The faults were reported to the General Manager the next morning of my arrival but he came across not caring and not interested in my request to change rooms. The breakfast was awful and the property is situated in a hilly location which makes walking to the main street or bus station not for the faint hearted and differently not for people with mobility impairment. This hotel is differently not as described and photos on Expedite are very misleading and inaccurate. In terms of Staff, the only person i found to be snappy was the general manager who comes in the morning. The rest, the 2 lads in the evening, the resturant folks (the lady and nice young man) were great. This Hotel needs to be reviewed and accurate info property online.

Location is terrible. NOTHING within walking distance because of steep hills on all sides, not near a bus stop. Long waits for a taxi. Room nice but very small. Half the lights didn't work, making room very dark - and they couldn't find replacement light bulbs. Finally bought some at a market! Desk staff inconsistent - some were great, one was surly and unhelpful. Couldn't change money at desk most times I tried. Coffee shop in lobby hopeless - waited almost an hour for a cup of coffee, never went back. Couldn't get coffee for room from desk, wound up buying THAT at market too!

Need management and room cleaned

It is a good place. Management is poor. The bathroom had paint falling from the ceiling where the shower was spraying. I pointed this out to the front desk as soon as I saw. They said they would fix but no one dis. I had requested another room but they said they were full. Overall it's a good place but service leaves a lot to be desired. They made no effort to compensate or move to another room during the whole stay.

Very quiet area in the hart of the city. Sloppy area a bit effort needed to walk especially walking up. Min. Taxi fare to get around. Bill boy takes commotion from taxis for long trips like airports. The issue comes when you pay the fare on meter and he charges more because the hotel has arranged the price

This hotel was exceptional experience, so romantic nice views , rooms are just amazing. The manager so generous smiley , kind to kids . They upgraded our rooms to VIP for free what’s a good news during our stay . Highly recommend.

Very convenient for family stay

We stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel location is in a residential neighbourhood far from all the commotion of Istanbul but not too far. You can actually walk to Beşiktaş harbour in 20 minutes. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and equipped nicely. We had a one bedroom partement with kitchen, very practical. Shopping is closed by and big shopping malls are about 5 minutes taxi ride. Over all was a very pleasant stay for us here.
