Great hotel, a bit pricier than the other hotels but we wanted comfort during our final two nights of a 16 night trip through Turkiye. Rooms are absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable, and GREAT views. Hotel appears to cater a lot to higher end European tourists so somewhen of an attitude from some of the guests, but nothing too bad. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful hotel in a good location, plus very easy to get to/from the Istanbul airport. Breakfast is very pricey and frankly not that interesting, there are dozens of much better breakfast options a few steps away so our only recommendation would be to not add the breakfast to your stay. We loved the bar also, to be able to grab a drink at the hotel before bed was great and the bar staff was always very nice.

Fabulous, friendly hotel.

After a bad experience from another hotel in Istanbul this hotel was excellent . I don’t remember how many stars hotel has but for me it was a 5 star . It is the best part of the town you can stay . City center and safe around . Friendly service and helpful people works there. I found my new destination for every times visits. Thank you. ND from US

We couldn’t sleep. They have no Air Cooling; only heating. They made the rooms so warm that we couldn’t sleep till 2AM. The toilets don’t have doors that you can close. Absolute lack of privacy. The toilets also don’t flush. Will not recommend.

Otelin konumu ve manzarası mükemmel, personel de genellikle (biri hariç) son derece güleryüzlü, ilgili ve yardımsever. Ancak oda hizmetleri ile ilgili ciddi sıkıntı var. Soğutmayan mini buzdolabını kaldığımız 5 gün içinde bir türlü yaptıramadık. Son gün ise akşam otele döndüğümüzde odanın temizlenmemiş olduğunu gördük. Resepsiyondaki gece sorumlusu arkadaşa durumu anlatınca sinirli ve ters tavırlarla bizi suçlu çıkarmaya çalıştı; odanın temizlenmesini istiyorsak kapıya kağıt asmalıymışız. Odadaki minibar buzdolabı bozuktu, ilk gün söylediğimiz kişi o dolapların soğutma özelliği olmadığını, sadece içine koyulan şeylerin ısısını koruduğunu iddia etti. Ancak biz 3 aile gidip 4 oda tutmuştuk ve diğer odalardaki dolaplar gayet güzel soğutuyordu. Daha sonra da söylediğim halde kaldığımız 5 gün boyunca mini buzdolabını yaptıramadık maalesef. Son gün ise akşam otele döndüğümüzde odanın temizlenmemiş olduğunu gördük, resepsiyona gidip bunu bildirdiğimde ise oradaki gece sorumlusu arkadaş ters bir şekilde kapıya odanın temizlenmesini istiyorum diye kağıt asıp asmadığımızı sordu, asmadıysak odamızın elbette temizlenmeyeceğini çünkü içeride biri olabilir diye odaya girilmeyeceğini filan söyledi. Yani her otelde normalde düzenli olarak yapılması gereken en temel hizmetin verilmesi unutulmuş olduğu halde Ben de o güne kadar hiç kağıt asmadığımız halde odamızın her gün temizlendiğini söyledim derken ortam epey bir gerildi.
