The staff is professional and polite. The room is clean, comfortable, and quiet. I was able to get a cup of hot coffee after a long drive to the hotel in the rain. I will sleep well tonight.

We booked this hotel last minute because of the price and location. Since we were last minute and Saturday night, other hotels were easily double the price. The hotel gave me the impression we were in a movie set in the 80’s. It felt like that period might have been it’s heyday. It is very big and looked empty probably because it’s so big but all the rooms around us were filled. Our bathroom was renovated but the shower head wasn’t working properly. The bed was comfortable and I slept well until the surrounding doors started opening and closing at 6am. They are made of metal and loud. The breakfast area was also an incredible trip as the setting was very retro. The breakfast was good with fruit salad and even had oat milk. The staff was friendly and helpful. I think this hotel is good for short stays and sound sleepers.

The hotel is in very poor condition. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, but the run down rooms and common areas detracted from our overall feeling about the visit.

The staff was very nice. They had a gift bag ready for my dog. The room was very clean and the price was great! Hotels.com made the process easy. I would highly recommend staying here if you simply need a clean, comfortable room and you do not want to break the bank like many of the hotels in Ithaca.

Pleasant, clean, and the amenities were a nice surprise, particularly the indoor and outdoor pools. Breakfast was better than what you find at some of the chain hotels as they actually have items like freshly cooked eggs, home fries, sausage and french toast. The place is a bit outdated but if you’re willing to look past that, it’s a nice option for a stay in Ithaca.

The wall paper was peeling off the wall and there were rust stains in the sink - also noticed that all the door were in need of a touch up - the numbers were taken off all the doors but no one touched up the stain. General lack of maintenance, didn't feel worth the $400/night stay. The fitness room was a ill equipped with all machines and very small.

It was disgusting, the room smelled of old cigarettes, one of the beds had black stuff on it, there was a dead bug on the floor, the toilet barely flushed. We literally opened the door, walked in looked around and my daughter asked if she could use the bathroom before we left. In the 2 minutes we were in there i couldnt breathe. I would recommend you find another hotel, any other hotel.

The property is tired and could use some major maintenance and upgrading, but the service was A-1. The staff was friendly and attentive. The shower controls were excellent, the heater was responsive to my settings, the bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, and their were ample outlets to charge all my electronics (Kindle, iPhone, iPad, hearing aids charger). All in all, I would stay here again.

The staff very nice, the hotel ok. Mold on ceiling in hallway… one major leak plastic tarp and tubes. No fan in bathroom so when u shower everything gets moist. Beds comfortable. Outside side doors are open access. No key needed… not great for safety

Nice staff - busted place

The staff was lovely across the board from check in to the lady running breakfast to the chamber maids saying “hi” in the hallways. The place was just busted - crazy so.
