lovely family home

30 mins from Ljubjana, 10 mins from river swimming spots, and loads of restaurants (though manly Pizzerias). 3 mins from small supermarket and a bakery. Ideal place as long as you have a car. We were also able to go to Lake Bled, Wild bear watching and loads of river swimming.

A wonderful place to stay in Slovenia

This was our first visit to Slovenia. We loved the Apple tree cottage. It was private, quiet and peaceful and clean. We loved walking to the village and the surrounding country side is absolutely bucolic. Igor was very responsive. I lost my phone and had trouble communicating directly and Igor was accommodating of this glitch. We enjoyed meeting his parents on our last day. They are lovely people.

Felt like home!

Igor was quick to make our stay here a real pleasure! The house was large and well suited for our large family and the neighboring towns were friendly and easy to navigate. Thank you to Igor who went out of his way to help us find a good location for sledding. We will return!

Do you love nature? Do you enjoy different cultures? Slovenia is the nicest place and being hosted on a cottage like this one it is a wonderful place to be. The hosts were very nice to us. They met us near a close by restaurant as the cottage was in the middle of a lovely apple garden. They welcomed us with warm house and everything was in place and brilliantly clean. We found everything we needed in the house and extra items to make our stay comfortable. Hosts were very nice and instantly came to set our heating system as we were having difficulty with the central heating. The cottage is well equipped and crystal clean we felt as if we were at home. Constantly Igor was only a click away even before we started our journey giving us information to make our stay nice and fruitful. His parents were kind enough that they offered to come and meet us near a restaurant close by to find our way to the cottage quicker since we arrived in the dark. Definitely we will keep this cottage on our memo for future reference on our second trip to Slovenia. Thanks Igor and family to make our stay so comfortable Marica Bellizzi December 2017

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft in einem äußerst sauberen und gepflegten Zustand, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Die Lage ist ideal für alle, die etwas Abstand vom Alltag suchen: ruhig, abgelegen und umgeben von viel Natur – perfekt zum Entspannen und Abschalten.Trotz der idyllischen Abgeschiedenheit ist die Anbindung an die Autobahn sehr gut, sodass auch Ausflüge in die Umgebung problemlos möglich sind. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den außerordentlich freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit unkompliziert, herzlich und auf Augenhöhe. Auch auf unsere individuellen Wünsche wurde stets Rücksicht genommen und diese wurden problemlos umgesetzt, was den gesamten Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.Insgesamt können wir dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen – für alle, die Erholung in schöner Natur suchen, aber dennoch flexibel bleiben möchten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Superbe maison en Slovénie

La maison est très grande, bien équipée et propre . Le grand jardin est magnifique et très au calme . , pas clôturé mais pas de problème car il n y a pas de voiture en passage vu que c est au bout d une route privée en cul de sac . A partir de la maison on peut faire une grande randonnée à pied en forêt .. Le propriétaire est très sympa et a notre service dès que l on a besoin de quelque chose.. location bien centrée pour faire des visites dans le pays . Je vous conseille vivement cette maison .. Zagreb a 1 h . La Slovénie est magnifique pour les amoureux de la nature .

Fijne woning in rustige, mooie omgeving

De woning was prima, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Veel ruimte om het huis. Mooie omgeving (zwemmen, wandelen, fietsen). Supermarkten dichtbij. Voor grotere bezienswaardigheden iets verder rijden. Ljubljana op half uurtje. Alles was goed geregeld.

Amazing!

We could not wish for more than this house! Very beautiful and calm surrounding. The house was clean and the owners were more than friendly! There was everything in the house that can be imagined, from salt and sugar up to barbecue tools. We had such an amazing time there- thank you so much!

Feine, entspannte Zeit

Wir hatten für 6 gebucht. Wir durften noch 2 Zelte stellen, so dass wir dann zu 9 dort waren. Wir haben Alle am Tisch Platz gehabt. Der Rest ist wie beschrieben. Falls Igor noch einen HD-Reciver besorgt, können zur nächsten EM die Spiele in HD genossen werden. Deswegen hatten wir uns entschieden das Halbfinale in Croatia anzuschauen, was eine gute Entscheidung war. Cool war auch, dass wir die Früchte des Gartens / Feldes nutzen durften.

Great stay at the apple tree cottage

Staying at The apple tree cottage was very nice. The house is well equipped, the garden peaceful and a great landscape . Slovenia is a very nice country and all the people we met were very friendly. We will have to comeback to visit further this beautiful country .
