Our room had a horrible view of some heating and air conditioning equipment, and the elevator was out, so this left everyone trying to leave before checkout using 1 elevator. We ended up using the stairs from the 3rd floor, thankfully it was only the 3rd floor.

We didn’t stay in jackpot as there is nothing open on Monday. No resturaunts, no stores, etc. we lost out on our $$$, however with nothing open it wasn’t worth staying. Expedia may want to make this known. Knowing is key to a good experience.
