The Horseshu property that allows pets was rundown and drab. Our dinner at the Casino was an absolute disappointment, and we've eaten there several times in the last 6 months. We understand staffing is a challenge but there is no excuse to let food set and dry oitunder the food warmer when any staff can get ot oit to the customers. We will not be returning in the near future which is too bad since is was a good mid way stop for our travels.is

My husband cut his leg on the bed. Theres a metal tab that holds mattress in. Blood everywhere. I asked for fresh sheets and someone to check mattress. I had tofind the maid and i changed sheets myself. Next day my hubby hit his leg again again. Once again no help from staff. This has resulted in my hubby needing wound care. Blood all over carpet. I did the best i could cleaning it up but i bet nothing happened. Room 4205. Will not be returning
