A decent place to lay your head. Was clean, had a lovely pool and a decent fitness facility. Was a short walk to all the shops and dinning in Jackson. Had a continental breakfast.

Hotel is too old. Room smell musty and smokey. My eyes were swollen after the first night stay. Changed to a different room in a different building. It was much better. Many guests brought their pet and young children. Was told all room were pet friendly. I had dog myself and was not allergic to dog. It much be something about the first room that made me sick. I picked this $478/night hotel because of my friend’s recommendation. Hotel staff is accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was ok. Will not go back.

Underwhelming

Comfortable beds, but the room was much more run down than advertised, and we dealt with a broken toilet. Our stay didn’t feel like good value for the rate, even for one night.

The friendly staff, pool/ hot tub and accessibility to area restaurants and attractions make the 49er a good place to stay while in Jackson. There was a wide variety of options for breakfast was an added perk to get the day going without the need to locate another option. The buildings and rooms were clean and comfortable. We would stay again when coming to Jackson.

Rooms felt very old and run down. Half of the hotel is disconnected from the main part so you have to walk outside for breakfast or the pool. But the staff was friendly and changed our room to the main building since we had small children and didn’t want to walk outside back and forth. Breakfast was very good and the pool was nice too.

Room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, more than the usual hotel breakfasts. The dining room was large and open all day to play cards or just hang out. Shops were all around and walkable. Very convenient. We had 4 women and were comfortable in our room. Would highly recommend this hotel. When I made my reservation, I spoke with Devin who was helpful in getting us a room for our special needs. He was very polite and took care of our needs!

Great place to stay!

Everything you need for a quick stay. We ended up arriving late and were pleased with the in room microwave and larger mini-fridge to prep a late night meal. Comfy bedding. Housekeepers in the morning were very pleasant. The breakfast served was fresh and plentiful (eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, pancakes, toast, waffles, yogurt, boiled eggs, potatoes, coffes, teas, juice, milk, biscuts and gravy, etc). Again, the staff were so friendly!

Stayed here multiple times. Reserved a specific room back in February and was told they could hold this room for us. We get there and they have over booked the hotel. Our room is not available. Offered us a basement apartment larger than what we had asked for. When they showed us the apartment it had NO WINDOWS. NONE. We had to settle for something else. In the end we paid full price. Not a one cent reduction for what we went through.
