arrived early, room changed, given ADA large room, but TV remote didn't work, got help but couldn't fix it, walkable to restaurants, nice pool and workout room, happy to have the ADA bars, etc. in room. Service was good, got help quickly even if they couldn't fix it.

The staff was young and did not know the property. There was a gas fireplace in our room and we couldn't get it to work. Asked the staff and they gave us three options to try. The TV remote didn't work and we had to call maintenance twice to help. Our lodging was across a parking lot from the main lodge so we had to walk outside to get to breakfast. The room was clean and otherwise comfortable.

We had our shower leaking all over the floor construction going on throughout our stay waking up in the morning and free breakfast that’s served was unsettling.

The Staff was very nice and they have done a good job taking an old motel and making it relevant today. The amenities were nice with pool, hot tub and a decent gym that most properties in the area done have. The bed an linens were comfortable. In the rooms there isnt much for technology, charging ports, etc. You have to unplug lamps to be able to plug in your own devices. A lot of the outlets were so warn out, the plugs would just fall out of the wall. The coffee maker in the room didnt work properly and one of the lamps were broken. I think it made a good effort, but with a little more attention to detail, these issues could be aleviated.

This property was perfect for walking around town, close to attractions and restaurants, and close to both Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. Would highly recommend.

Nice for a quick stay

Nice hotel, lots of easy parking and close to downtown. We only stayed one night so didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but was nice to have the option. The room felt a little dated and not as clean as it could be.
