The staff was very friendly but the pictures of the property are very deceiving online. The front desk/check-in area is very nice but when we went to our room that was outside across from that building there were only 4 parking spaces. All the other spots are reserved for the cabins. We had to park behind the building next to a dumpster that was used by a restaurant that shared the lot with the hotel. When we got into our room it was very dark and very old. The floors creaked when we walked on them and felt hallow even though we were on the ground floor. There were only two available outlets which meant we had to leave our phones on the floor to charge at night on the opposite side of the room from where the beds were. There was only one working light in the room other than the bathroom light. When we went to bed we could hear the noises from the room upstairs and I mean every single step, every time the toilet flushed, and everything thing that happened in the bed (I should not have to explain to my child what is happening in the room above ours at 11:00 at night).The water pressure in the shower was terrible. Breakfast was good but the space is very cramped and seating is limited. We went on a cross country road trip and this was the most expensive room we booked and by far the worst one we stayed in. Make sure you know what you are getting before you book at this property.
