The rooms are very clean and well equipped with amenities and appliances. We stayed in a room with a full kitchen and it had everything in it to cook a meal. The location is in close proximity to a number of restaurants and shopping.

We have stayed here 4 years straight for soccer and bring my mom and kids. They refuse to stay anywhere but where the bunk beds are lol it’s walking distance to the shops and downtown and to the Mexican restaurant across the street. My 75 year old mom even walks across to load and jug every morning for her favorite coffee haha

The photos on the website are a very poor representation of Mountain Modern. The rooms are extremely small … especially the bathroom. You can barely get in the bathroom to close the door as the toilet is so close to the door. The parking situation is terrible as it’s way too small. We parked on the street because we were in a truck and felt if vehicles parked opposite from us we wouldn’t be able to get out. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

There was a conference at the time of my stay and when I went to the cafe I could not even get a cup of coffee because it was reserved for the conference attendees. And that is extremely unfortunate because none of the guests were notified.

Close to everything. Room spotless and comfy. Only complaint was a broken toilet seat our housekeeper reported but was never replaced. Enjoyed heated pools and indoor hot tubs.
