While I understand the property is going through renovation the TV service only had 5 channels and the shower water pressure was minimal and water lukewarm. In addition the prices were ridiculous

Thank you for your review of The Inn at Jackson Hole. It is our goal to keep our guests comfortable and happy during their stay. We have addressed the issues you experienced during your stay. Additionally, we have priced ourselves below others since we are under construction. We really do appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again after our renovations have been completed!

Hotel is being remodeled and is in rough shape. No pool, sheds for house keeping and scaffolding on each floor, part of the building looks tented- very limited gravel parking next to hotel and no elevators. No clear direction from staff where we should park. Our room was updated but had an old Gatorade and dirty bath mat left in the room when we checked in. Great location but not at all what we expected.

Needs basic improvements.

The hallways and internal stairways were dark, to the point of being very dangerous. The night staff was unconcerned and unhelpful. To his credit the Assistant GM took some steps while I was there but they were ineffective.

Front office brought to my attention there was a guest concern about the lighting. After having a good conversation with these guests while they were staying here, steps were taken to address the areas of concern immediately. We added lighting and asked the guest if we could keep in good communication on this subject. On checkout day, the guest had valuable input on where to better adjusted the new lighting to the hallway and stairs.

Wouldn't stay there again

Pros: Beds were nice and comfortable, beautiful scenery around it.
Cons: The hotel needs to be updated, the floors need to be replaced so they don't creak all night long. They need a ramp for luggage.
Location: Jackson Hole has everything as well as Teton National Park. You are never lacking in things to do around the hotel.
The rooms inside were nice however there weren't many electrical outlets but we survived. Everything seemed clean and that was a huge plus. But besides that, it's old and the floors creak. We didn't sleep much as we were on the 2nd floor and whomever was above us kept us up late at night at early like 3am walking back and forth on the floor. It's not like they were noisy but the creaks are so loud from barely walking that you can't sleep in this place. I took a sleeping pill and still woke up from it the next night. The pool didn't have water in it, no elevator so getting luggage back and forth wasn't easy but was doable. The parking was terrible. If you come to park in the evenings there won't be a spot although they have a parking lot up higher above the hotel behind it. They are cheaper than a lot of options but I think I would prefer to pay a little more and enjoy my vacation.

Short walk to tram

Old hotel under renovation. NO COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST AS ADVERTIZED. Courteous helpful staff. Tucked in beside two much nicer hotels. Should be listed for the budget conscious traveler.

We do apologize for the renovations that are currently taking place at the Inn. The Inn is the 3rd hotel that was built here at the resort and was long overdue for a complete renovation to our rooms. We hope to have the Inn completely finished by Mid-Summer 2018. We do hope that you will come back to the Inn after the renovations are complete. Thank you again for your understanding. The Inn at Jackson was a "Hole"

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Correct deficiencies as listed above
Location: We made our reservation here based on its location to Grand Teton Nat'l Park.
This was the most disappointing hotel we have ever stayed at.. Overall the hotel is quite drab and run down - not "3 star" as rated by Travelocity. We checked in and our room was very disappointing, so we changed rooms - no improvement. Unfortunately we had to prepay for this hotel and could not cancel our reservation. Many deficiencies as follows: Parking was very inconvenient and there was't even drive up access to the entry for loading luggage.. No elevators to our 3rd floor room. Room decor was very drab - chocolate brown wall with no pictures or accents. The bed had no bedspread - just a frame with box spring and mattress - very institutional look. No view from room - roof extension/over hang blocked ant view. Mechanical for the pool and storage area were just outside our room. No phone in room - couldn't access wi fi and no phone in room to contact front desk for assistance. No Kleenex, No towel bar. No refrigeration. No carpeting - floor a was a dark, cold, cheap laminate. Bathroom sliding door did not completely close. No toilet paper holder - just a roll of paper on the toilet tank. On the positive side, the free breakfast was adequate, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. We feel the rating needs to be review - maybe to "1 star". For what one gets, the room rates also have to be reviewed. Thanks for the opportunity to sound off.

Folks, just find somewhere else to stay, period!

At just over $300 per night, this place is a discrace. Strange men hanging around in the breezeway, the floor of which was covered with litter. Mildew on the shower curtain. Water that went from zero to 212 during your shower. A stove top last cleaned during the westward migration. A filthy carpet. An uncaring front desk staff. And only one "night stand", which was a dirty, black plastic stepstool. Just stay somewhere else, if you're going to Teton Village.

Would stay here again

Hotel was dated but was very clean. Could use better room lighting and have more outlets available for use. (Hotel currently doing some renovations so that could help with the dated part.) Complex was full so parking was inadequate; if you returned to the area after approx 8pm parking was hard to find. Housekeeping was great, complimentary breakfast was decent, and all hotel personnel we spoke with were very nice.

Thank you for taking the time to review The Inn at Jackson Hole. Thank you for the kind comments regarding our staff! We aim to make your experience a great one! We admit that we could use a bit more parking, but we always have the overflow lot in back, which is a short one-minute walk back to the property. We are pleased you enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. We invite you to check back with us in the coming months to see how the renovations are coming along and check out all the exciting changes taking place here at The Inn!

The "End" at Teton Village

Totally over priced, very old property in need of an upgrade or total replaced. Nothing good to say other that it was a room.
