Staff was very friendly, but property is filthy. The stairs to our room was covered in trash and drink spills/crumbs our entire visit. There were hairs all over the bathtub, which we hope were just facial hairs and not hairs from down south... In the middle of the night, we found a handful of roaches crawling all over the bathroom.

Close to shopping area. Pool is too small. Air vent of aircon can be moved. Bed close to aircon too cold

There were four lamps in the room, but only two were plugged in. The clock/radio/alarm was plugged in on the desk across the room from the bed with one of the unplugged lamps. A staff member did kindly come to move the bed (which was too heavy and awkward for me to move) and attach an extension cord to the only other outlet by the bed so that I could use my sleep apnea machine. This left one outlet accessible for charging my phone & laptop. Also the ice machine on my floor was not working and after lugging my bags upstairs (no elevator) I wasn't really in the mood to climb back down them and try to find another working machine as suggested when I called to inquire.
