The hotel stay was okay. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only problem we had was the lack of towels available for our use. I went to the hotel front desk in the morning and the evening to ask for towels. The front desk clerk told us that there was none available, and the towels were still drying in the dryer.

I travel a lot and I tend to pick hotels that have a hot tub so I can relax my legs. I have serious problems with restless leg syndrome. I picked this hotel for that purpose only to find out once I arrived, the hot tub was out of commission. Very disappointed. Also, my room was very nice, but the TV did not have HD although it was designed to have that. I checked with the front desk and they had no clue as to what the problem was but they are going to check into it. The staff was very nice. And I slept better than I have in a while.

Great room for a great price!!

The room was nice and well furnished. Now i felt like the bedding could have been better. But was ok. The room was nice and clean. The elevator and area when u come off the elevator needed to have been swept. Overall a great experience!!

I didn't like the fact we have to pay a deposit of $100 dollars..I have never heard of such..You pay for your band the a deposit. Too much. No other hotel does that. What if that's all the money they have. Then, your room is expected before money applied or given back after check out. Like you are gonna do something boring. Prejudging...wrong.. that's the bad side of the reservation.smh... l am a choice member and this is the only place that requires deposit. Considering staying somewhere else in Clinton, MS now.

The property is in disrepair and is dirty. There were holes in the carpet in our room, the door hardly shut, and the bathroom tiles were coming off the floor. This was not a good experience for our family. The breakfast was bad, even by hotel breakfast standards.
