The room has not been cleaned in a long time. The smoke detector was removed and shoved in the drawer. The lock was removed from the door. The tub and faucets were dirty. She sheets had something disgusting on them. Everything was reallh nasty

Because the building was located on a busy hwy the noise and the vibration from the heavy trucks made the entire place unacceptable. There were also bugs (cockroaches) in the room. Gross. I could not stay in that place and ended up sleeping in my car. Awful night! They would not refund the money paid for the room. I was only there for 1 1/2 hours.

The hotel rooms were absolutely horrible and nasty. The first room we were placed in; no lights worked, makeup sponge on the side table by the bed and what likes like eye shadow all over the covers, along with all the buttons gone on the phone in the room. We were located to a 2nd room by this time it was late and we were tires so we went to bed. Woke up to find it had snowed/rained in our room due to a huge gap in between the ac unit and window so you could see outside, pillows had brown stuff all on them, walls look like that had feces spashed on it, what looked like animal hair all over the floors and a piece of a spoon (big part) inside a safe by the bed. There was much more. We had stepped out the room and the door closed but out cards wouldn't let us back in. The lady at the desk who checked us in refused to fix our cards without an ID even though our stuff was in the room. If I didn't happen to keep my wallet in the car we would have been locked out our room thanks to her and her customer service. I will never book her against and have already contacted the main company over the hotel with photos and documentation. This was my anniversary getaway and it was ruined. I'm just thankful my kids were not there due to the condition of the rooms and the spoon of which we have no idea what type of stuff or residue was on it.

Hot

Pros: Pool, fridge, microwave, comfortable bed.
Cons: Keep the rooms cool.
Location: Shopping and restaurants were handy.
The room was terribly hot when I got there about 8pm, so hot the room didn't cool off until about midnight. I wouldn't recommend this motel in the summer unless they do something about the hot rooms. Was miserable, almost left, probably should have.
