We got a text at the time of check in to let us know the refrigerator was broken and the property mgmt company had provided a mini-fridge for us to use. I called to let them know we were traveling as a family and didnât think a mini-fridge would be sufficient for 4 people staying a week. They arranged to have a 2nd fridge in the house by the time we arrived which wasnât ideal but was fine. Other than that, the house was perfect for our trip - location is fantastic!
Overcharged for a outdated and in bad need of updating three bedroom three bath unit, your company did not let us check in one hour early which I thought was bizarre considering the amount of money we paid, Upon arriving the Internet did not work, they finally brought out a temporary Verizon hub I ended up figuring the Internet out myself, now onto the property, had to lean over in the master shower because itâs a weird set up lots of mold & bad caulking, I own several Vacation Rentals here in Florida and I would be appalled if someone did not like anything in my properties from beginning to end, please update the property immediately, oh, and the outdoor barbecue was disgusting and started a fire almost because it had not been cleaned and who knows how long, and watch out for the creepy neighbor, I had two young ladies with me that were freaked out by him. I know you have no control over that, but I would never rent this place ever again. I would sleep outside first or in my car before renting here again.
