Room should have been for 4 not 6. Way too small.

No toilet paper, suite with 2 queen beds as so small you couldnt walk on either side and the door barely closed. Bathroom door didnt shut. Fold out bed took up all of the living space. You had to step over it as there was no room to step around it. Had to move 3 piece of furniture to unfold the bed.

My room was not clean! All they did was half make the beds from the previous occupants! There was hair and stains on the pillow cases! The bath tub was dirty! The stove was greasy. There was leftover food visible in the sink and countertop. But the worst part, was the trash can overflowing with baby diapers! I was offered another room and that one was unappealing too! Rick at the front desk gave me clean pillow cases and bedding as if I was going to change the linen! Absolutely not! I have pictures but can’t see where to upload them! This used to be my favorite hotel but NOT ANY MORE

Good stay overall! Our first room’s door did not lock. So we had to change rooms. Other than that everything was great the employees were amazing and the background music was great! Full of classics!

It’s a really nice hotel with a nice room. Comfy bed and clean. The only I have to say is there’s was a smell of wet dog lingering in the room. Breakfast was good and easy check in and out.

Medicine stay

The spacious room was nice and all the staff was very friendly. Cleanliness was not the best. Room's cleanliness was mediocre. Looked like it was done quickly and there was a strange smell in our hallway. My daughter went to swim in the morning and there was a large hairball floating in the pool with dirty towels everywhere. I expected a bit more all around for the price but the full kitchen was nice. I wish there was an ice machine but there was not.
