Worst Experience Ever

This was the worst experience ever. After arriving at the hotel, I was told that my reservation couldn’t be found. At an investigation, my room was given away and there was NO ROOMS available. Totally unacceptable!

We had a great stay! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and there was a good variety of food. We stayed in a one bedroom with 2 beds, and the room had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Not great

The first room we were given was not ready. The beds were stripped and all the bedding was on the couch. The next room was fine, but the shower/tub drained slowly so you were almost taking a bath during your shower.

Great HOTEL

The room was extremely spacious and clean. There were a lot of eating and entertainment options surrounding the hotel. The only downfall was noisy (active) neighbors, but the stay overall was great!

Place was a bit run down. Broken shower tiles, stained carpets, stained smelly towels, etc. Found hairs and chip crumbs in the bed upon arrival. Not clean. Only gave it two stars because I’ve seen worse, but it wasn’t good.
