had a very disappointing experience with Staybridge Suites Jackson booked through Expedia. The room had a serious cleanliness issue and was not suitable to stay in. Because of the condition of the room, I had to leave and secure other accommodations. I immediately reported the issue and was told a full refund would be issued. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I still have not received my refund. The hotel sent a folio showing a $0.00 balance, but Expedia has confirmed there is no refund pending or processed on my reservation. A $0 folio does not mean the money was returned to my account. I have now been going back and forth between the hotel and Expedia, and this has become extremely frustrating. Guests should not have to chase a property for weeks to get refunded for a room they could not even use. This situation has been very unprofessional and stressful. I booked through Expedia expecting protection and assistance if something went wrong. I am still waiting for the refund that was promised. I would strongly advise travelers to be cautious booking this property until they improve their handling of customer issues and refunds.

Pretty much a perfect stay, the front desk agent was very kind to help us during our stay. BREAKFAST, was okay, it's free, so not going to complain, much variety to choose. My only suggestion is to change the setup of room numbers; it's a little confusing
