Room 1 (master bedroom/bath) has two queen beds. It is located on the third floor of the house and has ocean views. There is a bathroom attached to that room that includes shower/tub combo, sink, and toilet.

Room 2 has a queen bed and is located on the 3rd floor. There is a bathroom attached to that room that includes shower, sink, and toilet.

Room 3 has a twin bed. It is located on the first floor and has a door leading to the backyard. There is a bathroom attached to that room that includes shower, sink, and toilet.

We are available by phone, text to assist with anything needed during your stay. We love hosting and look forward to making your stay as comfortable as possible.

The property is located a block from the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants and the famous Jacksonville Beach pier. We love this area of Jacksonville Beach due to its proximity to the beach and proximity to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc.

Personal car, bike, walk. Uber and Lyft also operate in the area.
We do not provide propane so if the tank is empty, you can go to the gas station down the street to swap out a new one.
