Spring Break
We enjoyed our stay here. The villa is in a convenient location. There is a little bit of a walk to the beach, but it is a beautiful walk down a path. The bike paths right out front were great! The villa is very spacious, clean, and quiet. The kitchen was minimally stocked, especially compared to other places we have rented previously, but we had read this on someone's review and came prepared. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Worked out perfectly for our large family! Wish there were enough bath towels for the six of us but spacious, clean, and very comfortable! Access to the Omni pools and night time entertainment for the grandkids was perfect!

Great Stay
A very good pet-friendly location. Its close to the beach (3-5 min walk) with plenty of shaded walking trails to get out of the sun. Check-in and check-out were painless. I would recommend this location.

Great location. Needs a little help with manager service.
Pros: CLEAN property, nice updated appliances, location to the pool & beach, spacious inside, comfy beds, well taken care of. Nice washer and dryer. Small elevator available to reach upper stories. Cons: internet on one tv was not working so could not use the entire stay, property manager unable and not willing to fix. No extra linens. Very limited supplies in the kitchen, one pot and one pan. If you plan to cook, bring your own supplies. Hot water only lasted for 1 person to shower. Air is either too cold or hot no in between. Very wooded area at the pool and lots of trees. No ceiling fans but small fan provided in closet. Minimal property amenities such as soap and paper towels. Bring your own. Amelia island is beautiful and we would stay again just maybe at a different location.

Wonderful location
This property was point on. So close to beach, shopping etc with all amenities you need within walking distance. Omni resort restaurant overlooking the beach and pool was fantastic! The outside light was out and reported by management company before we arrived but property wasn’t able to fix. The 2nd bathroom could use a few touch lips but nothing major.

Cleaning Services
This was our first time at Amelia Island and we thoroughly enjoyed the beach and beach access. The overhanging live oak trees covered in Spanish moss were beautiful. The nearby state park was welcoming and worth the trip. But when we checked into the room the bedsheets were covered in black dog hair and we found blood (probably from a child's loose tooth given the location) on the full bed comforter as well as on the sheets of the other bed. We also found dirty dishes and silverware in the cabinets and drawers, and dust and sand throughout the bedrooms. We expected some pet hair since we requested a pet friendly condo but the dirty sheets had us striping the beds and doing laundry at 10pm (when we found it) before we could go to sleep. The property was great but Mock's Amelia Rentals should find a new cleaning service.
