Upgraded condo at the Omni Plantation's Tennis Villas. One of the newest buildings on the plantation property, this top floor condo has granite countertops, tile throughout, updated bathrooms and two large balconies. The lock-off guest bedroom has two queen beds, a private bath, private balcony, a wet bar and mini fridge. This villa features a beautiful courtyard pool and is just a short walk to the dozens of clay tennis and pickleball courts at the Amelia Island Plantation Racquet Park. Surrounded by miles of bike and walking trails, it is a great location on the south end of Amelia Island. Very close to the many restaurants, shops, and spa at the Plantation.

Courtside
Overall the stay went exactly as scheduled. We have stayed on amelia and visited many times. I would recommend this location for friends and family. I would include the name and number for the cart rentals if I were the realtor. I have experience in disney Campgrounds with carts and attempted to reserve a cart in advance. I never located exactly who rented the carts in that area, minor detail, but would help.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The location next to the tennis courts was perfect and the rental of the golf cart made getting around super easy.

Wooded 3rd floor condo
The unit was perfect for our family, nicely furnished, comfortable beds. One big disappointment was that 3 of 4 deck chairs broken and unusable. Saw in a previous review that the chairs were broken and specifically asked that they be replaced as we love enjoying time together on the deck. Clearly the checkin requests have no value to management. The complex needs several luggage carts. There are none so everything had to be carried up by hand. We would have felt more secure if there were a deadbolt or lock that can only be locked from inside. Finally, there needs to be additional cookware. What is there is nice but not sufficient to cook family meals. All that being said, we would definitely go back again.

Enjoyable Stay
This is a great unit on Amelia Island. Beds are comfortable, decor is up to date, elevator provides easy access to the third floor unit. Pool towels were a nice bonus. Communication with the manager was easy, as were check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place and location!
We loved our stay here! Very clean and neat. Vrbo was larger than we expected. We’d love to come back! The only reason for 4 stars for property manager communication is that it was confusing receiving email requests from the property manager vs. vrbo requests. Would have appreciated a heads up that communication method was changing (as there are so many scam emails these days!).
