Disappointing Stay – Unclean, Unsafe, and Poorly Managed
We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the house had not been properly cleaned or maintained. There was garbage left in the trash can, a dead roach in plain sight, and visible gaps around the doors that allowed bugs and pests to easily enter.The bed collapsed as soon as I got into it, and my granddaughter discovered a live roach under her towel on the bed. We also saw a mouse inside the house on our second day. Gnats were constantly present, and the entire home had a foul, musty odor that made it feel old and neglected.Communication with the house manager was terrible. I called and never received a return call. My granddaughter texted and finally got a response the next day. While a Terminix technician was eventually sent out, we were not informed ahead of time or asked about our availability.None of the TVs in the bedrooms worked, despite being advertised as amenities. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom upon arrival, no hooks to hang towels, and the yard was cluttered with broken furniture and debris.Overall, this rental was far from the comfortable and welcoming experience we expected. I would not recommend this property to anyone unless significant improvements are made.
