3rd Floor oceanfront condo. Features 600' private fishing pier, pool, and community grills!

This condo is offering 3 day stays during the summer months. Come for a quick get away, or stay all week!

All units at Amelia by the Sea are direct oceanfront and feature a fresh ocean breeze on either a balcony or patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Unit 336 is a north side, corner unit so you have the direct ocean view which extends around the side of the unit. This is a two-bedroom condo with an awesome ocean view that is guaranteed to brighten even a cloudy day. The master bedroom has a King bed and is on the ocean side where you can listen to the surf as you drift off to sleep. The second bedroom has two double beds, and both bedrooms have a TV with DVD. The living area has TV with DVD and VCR player, and large comfortable furniture.

In keeping with the comforts of home, you will find a full kitchen and a separate dining area. A washer and dryer are provided in this unit, but feel free to forget that and just enjoy the beach or the fishing on this vacation. The 800 ft fishing pier is available to our guest and NO FISHING LICENSE is required when fishing from this private pier. The swimming pool, which is on the ocean side of the building, is a great place to relax. Ready for your arrival!

Directly across the street (walking distance) to the "Surf" restaurant that offers indoor dining as well as outdoors on a spacious deck often with live music. The highly rated, 27 -hole Fernandina Beach Golf Course is only two-minute driving from the condo.

Amelia by the Sea is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit.

We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.

The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.

Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

Location!

Our family of four had a great time! This place was just perfect for us. The view is beautiful, the pier is a big plus! It can give you shade if you're at the beach, deep water fishing, and even a sunset view. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed.

Beautiful location right on the beach. No coffee maker, deteriorated cooking utensils and cookware. Ceiling leak from unit above was not resolved to our satisfaction.

Great Beach Location

We really enjoyed our time at this property and the ocean view can't be beat. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and the beach was fantastic. Communication could have been better but the people were very nice. Comforts like tissue paper, trash bags, bath towels, beach chairs also could have been better. All in all we did love our time at Amelia Island and this property.

Good time but a few issues

First of all, I'd like to say we had a great time because we were with family. It's an older condo but it was cute. We had several issues, though, most were no big deal, however, the oven didn't work the whole time we were there. They called Lowes to fix it but it didn't happen. It was pretty aggravating to not have an oven with 6 people staying there. I'm sorry, but they should have replaced it with one that worked. When you pay money to rent a place I don't think it's too much to ask to have an oven. There was some issues with the outlets, but was taken care of. I reported the remote was missing in the 2nd bedroom and was told it's probably there somewhere. We never did find one that worked. They have a private pier for fishing but it had construction going on the whole time, that would have been nice to know , but again, We still had fun and the location is great. There wasn't a lot of noise or partying at night. There was live music across the road, but it didn't last late and you couldn't hear it inside the condo at all. All in all, we had a good time, loved Fernandina Beach.
