Great renovated space but needs updating in terms of sheets and towels. Primary room closet is filled with stuff and should be cleaned out. Ants were in most of the rooms. Remote controls for fans needed batteries. Couch on deck needs new cushions and pillows and beach supplies need to also be refreshed. Not great response from owner when we reached out about ants and remotes. Communication ahead of time was excellent.

We loved the house! It was perfect for our family! Very clean! Included games, sand toys, dog linens, beach towels and so much more! The house did get pretty warm at night. That was the only downfall. The beach was perfect!!! So close! The house is in the perfect location!

Beautiful home!

We have a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Great location with was very short walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and ice cream! My family and I had a wonderful stay, more than enough room as we rented both units. Would highly recommend and rent again!

Perfect spot

Rented for an event and wanted to be close to ocean. Found this property and liked we could rent entire house with enough room for everyone. It is a very nice property and steps to the beach and perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our visit and will consider this property again.

This VRBO was one of the BEST ones we have ever rented! Clean and roomy! Every room pretty much has there owns bathroom which is a HUGE plus!! I would highly recommend this rental!

Incredible Location & a Top Notch Home!

Just half block to beach on a street with minimal traffic. Great view of the ocean. Rooftop deck is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Beautiful decorations, high end appliances & finishings, with all the comforts of home. New and modern home that our entire family enjoyed as we prepared for our daughter’s destination wedding.

Reunion

The Wave From It did not dissapoint! We had a fun weekend at the beach with some West Coast friends we hadn’t seen in 3 years. The property was clean, well maintained and nicely designed. Only hiccup was an A/C issue that was addressed promptly by the host. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this property to any of our family/friends!

Best home and experience!!!

The home is gorgeous and immaculate. We rented out the entire home for one week. It is about 300 feet from the beach. The design and amenities of the home were very thoughtful. Lots of high end finishes. Very spacious. Every need was met or exceeded, with bath products, beach towels, recommendations to restaurants and e-bike rentals. Kevin, the manager was exceptionally responsive. It was one of the most memorable experiences. I would HIGHLY recommend. We will definitely return!!!

Nice Beach Stay

House was ready for check-in. No issues. All rooms were clean. Two negatives are (1) the grills did not work despite my multiple attempts. I even bought a long lighter to avoid the electronic ignition. No luck. (2) there were no beach chairs or beach wagon.
