Welcome to our beautiful fully renovated two-bedroom San Marco condo. This home is the perfect balance of a historic feel with a modern, chic vibes. Enjoy all the comforts of your own home right at your fingertips, including a back area with a gas grill for outside dining. This gated condo is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and even furry friends!

It’s the perfect location, just blocks from adorable San Marco Square where you’ll find shops, restaurants, galleries, and boutiques. Take a short walk to the river to enjoy best sunset in Jacksonville or bring the kids to play in beautiful Landon Park.

Minutes from MD Anderson and Wolfson Children Hospital, five minutes from Downtown and only 25 minutes to the beach.

The Space:
The condo is on the second floor along with others within the building, as well as a downstairs common area used by all condo guests. This condo features Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, a full kitchen including all pots, pans and cutlery and new comfortable beds. This home easily accommodates 6 guests. Maximum capacity is 8 guests with 2 guests sleeping on a high quality queen sized air mattress, 2 guests sleeping on the sleeping sofa, and the remaining guests sleeping in the 2 bedrooms. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This pet-friendly home features a back yard/parking area that is great for taking your furry companion for short walks.

Located on a quiet street near Historic San Marco Square, this condo is within walking distance to San Marco’s many neighborhood amenities including coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, and boutiques.

It’s the perfect neighborhood for enjoying both family-friendly activities (like exploring nearby museums, parks and waterways) and heading out for late-night apps, drinks and live music! You’re only a short (5 min) drive to Vystar Memorial Arena, Daily’s Place, and TIAA Bank Field for concerts and football games!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo, parking behind the structure and a shared backyard as well between this unit and 3 other condos in the building.

The Neighborhood:
Surrounding our condo, there is a variety of dining options where guests can explore and find restaurants for everyone to enjoy. If you're looking to enjoy a nice cup of coffee, wine or delicious food you're just a few steps away to the Southern Grounds. Near our adorable condo you can find what are considered some of the best restaurants in Jacksonville which includes Town Hall, The Bearded Pig, Matthews, Town Hall, V's Pizza or Rue Saint Marc or for those home chefs you can swing by a fantastic local butcher at Clines Custom Meats.

PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO BOOKING IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REVIEW RENTAL AGREEMENT.

We charge for additional guests above a fixed amount. This amount and additional charge varies by unit type, size, and configuration. If you input the correct guest count when you make your reservation the amount the booking site indicated as the total cost will not change (due to guest count). We ask for confirmation of guest count after you complete your booking. If you need to increase your guest count after booking confirmation due to a booking error, this could result in a price increase. Finally, we verify guest count via external cameras located on our properties. In the event that we notice a guest count at the property that is higher than reported, we reserve the right to ask for additional guest fees that would be double the amount we would have charged prior to check-in.

Kindly refer to the following guidelines regarding fees for extra guests:
Studio & 1 BR units - $25 per guest/night after 2 guests (i.e. 3 guests would be $25/night extra and 4 guests would be $50/night extra)
2 BR units - $30 per guest/night after 4 guests (i.e. 5 guests would be $30/night extra and 6 guests would be $60/night extra)
3 BR unit - $35 per guest/night after 6 guests (i.e. 7 guests would be $35/night extra and 8 guests would be $70/night extra)
4 BR units - $40 per guest/night after 8 guests (i.e. 9 guests would be $40/night extra and 10 guests would be $80/night extra)
5 BR+ units - $45 per guest/night after 10 guests (i.e. 11 guests would be $45/night extra and 12 guests would be $90/night extra)

This condo is pet friendly so if you are highly allergic to dogs or cats this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good but you may notice an occasional dog/cat hair here and there.

We charge a pet fee of $30 / night / pet that you bring with you. This reduces to $150 /week / pet and $300 / month / pet for longer term guests. This fee is not included in the accommodation fare rate. We will send a request for the additional funds once the number of pets is confirmed after booking.

***If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you then we reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or DOUBLE the pet fee retroactively for the entirety of your reservation.***

All guests have access to the common areas of the property (front porch, laundry room, backyard).
If another set of guests, our cleaners, or a property notices that there is guest property or trash left out, this will be removed. If we can’t distinguish property from trash, there is a possibility it will be thrown out.
If this continues (I.e. you use shared space as personal space and/or throw what appears to be trash there), we reserve the right to ask you to check out early / move to another listing at your cost.

We have a minimum 7 day stay requirement for local guests. We rarely make an exception to policy but may elect to do so at our sole discretion. If you are local to Jax and book for less than 7 days we reserve the right to ask you to cancel your reservation.

Gatherings/parties of any kind are strictly forbidden at this property. If you host a gathering/party/event at this property we will levy a $1000 fine.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming I can offer this at all (I often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):

1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $150
3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $200 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more

These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.

***Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - the house, front porch, patio, or front or back yard***

***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (including ash/empty cigarette packs in condo, backyard, parking area, etc.) We will assess a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***

Also, Saturday check-ins and check-outs are (generally) not allowed unless you are booking a stay that is >7 days, with the exception of some specific weekends (FL-GA and TPC Sawgrass weekends are a few examples) . I may allow an exception to this policy (depending on the specific weekend and season) but reserve the right not to do so or to ask you to modify of cancel a reservation starting or ending on a Saturday.

You are strictly forbidden from bringing firearms or items associated with them (including guns, bullets, gunpowder, shells, magazines, silencers, etc.) on this property whether or not they are licensed. If you violate this policy or we find evidence that you did (e.g. firearms or bullets are discovered by our cleaners following your stay) we will assess a $1000 fine.

For guests requiring a pack n play, high chair, or any other non-standard item, please submit your request at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. If the request is made less than 7 days prior to check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate it, but cannot guarantee availability.

Omgosh where to begin.. super cute, located right near the adorable shopping area! Centrally located close to everything! The neighborhood was beautiful to walk around in! The washer and dryer were bad ass and the place was so adorable!! Will 100% stay there next trip!

Camp and work
Pulling up at the building in the neighborhood gave us pause but the unit was lovely and fit all of our needs and wants. We discovered that the neighborhood was lovely and frequented several of the shops and restaurants. Most importantly the WiFi worked so my husband could work and the location was perfectly suited to get me to work and our daughter to camp. If we come back to camp, we will be back without hesitation
