Escape to a peaceful coastal retreat with a modern farmhouse feel. Nestled on a 3.5-acre working sustainable farm, this property has a beautiful rural feel in a popular upscale urban area. Located near the intercoastal and the ocean for fishing, kayaking, and water sports and minutes from the premier golf course, The Players Championship. This one-of-a-kind property has a uniquely beautiful natural setting with farm animals such as ducks, chickens, roosters, our mascot which is a pot belly pig named Lily, a turkey, mini goats as well as organically grown produce. Located within walking distance to two of the area's most popular restaurants and driving distance to many boutique, upscale shops & many additional fine dining and casual dining options. The expansive back porch has a 6-8 seat hot tub overlooking the serene natural environment. This spacious farmhouse boasts 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and multi-use spaces such as an office, & a versatile bonus room with space for watching tv, playing board games, and a corner for stretching & yoga. The kitchen is a Chef's dream and the open floor plan creates beautiful spaces for gathering! All areas have been decorated with a modern, rustic feel exuding the comforts of home while creating an open expansive feel with oversized doors, tall ceilings, and expansive windows to bring the outdoors in. Local, colorful artwork by Gentry, an amazing talent with non-verbal autism is displayed throughout the home choosing vibrant colors to complement nature's beauty. This peaceful oasis with purpose is meant to be treasured and shared! There is also an outdoor beautiful pavilion available on the property for additional meeting space, family gathering space or small intimate private events for an additional fee and reservation. Most importantly, this rental allows you to "give back" while you rent with a portion of all rentals donated to our farming education initiative AgriAutism, a nonprofit organization helping support individuals on the spectrum.

Perfect Beautiful Family home

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Gen home. House was immaculate, beautifully decorated it completely exceed our expectations.we especially love the main area of the house perfect for gathering with the family. This house really makes you feel at home. The animals are adorable beautiful project we highly recommend this property. Close to the beach great restaurant and shopping.
