Amelia Island - Amelia by the Sea Private 3 BR Condo

Heads up! Our building is getting its final round of updates to make sure everything stays safe, attractive, and comfortable for the long haul. Most of what’s left involves painting the exterior and balconies, plus a few finishing touches in shared spaces like the stairwells. You might see workers around or hear some daytime noise, but it should be much quieter than before.

Work will only happen Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Weekends are noise-free.

We really appreciate your patience, and we hope you enjoy your stay—and the building’s fresh new look!

Do you have a strong urge to feel the sand between your toes?  We have the perfect spot for you.

This 3-bedroom 2-bath condo is located on the 6th floor with a beautiful view of the beach pier and ocean.  The balcony is the star of this condo, as the furniture allows for a comfy environment allowing you to relax and enjoy the sunsets.

The open kitchen floor plan allows for you to enjoy family but also at the same time the Oceanview.

The Master bedroom is oceanfront with a king bed, private TV, and an en-suite bath with a shower.  Bring the family and friends as there are 2 guest bedrooms.  One has a queen and twin bed with private TV and the other has a queen bed. 

The condo comes with all the amenities of a home with Wi-Fi and cable TV, in the living room. No need to overpack and bring extra clothes as there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Of course, we know you’ll want to spend time outdoors at the beach or exploring our quaint little island.

Property amenities include an 800 ft fishing pier available to guests of the Amelia by the Sea with the bonus of NO FISHING LICENSE needed when fishing from this private, exclusive pier. There is a completely renovated oceanside swimming pool so you can get your sun there as well as on the beach.
You have so many options at this dream getaway: Swimming, biking, hiking, walking, shopping, historic sightseeing, local bar/music scene, local cuisine with fresh seafood, and much more! Whether it’s walking up and down the beautiful beaches, or historic downtown Fernandina Beach the choice is yours.
So, hurry up don’t wait, and get ready to choose your beach adventure.
About the Complex: Amelia by the Seas is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit. Please note that this is a RESIDENTIAL community, not a RESORT.

Family trip to Amelia

This was a perfect place for our family to stay. It was exactly as pictured. There was plenty of room and the view from the balcony couldn't be better. We look forward to coming back again!

Spring Break!

I can’t say enough about the view - so gorgeous!! Close to downtown and there’s also a restaurant across the street. Pool is nice (but not heated). We would go back in a second! Great stay, two thumbs up!!

We thought the property was lovely and well kept. However, the appliances, particularly the dishwasher needs replacing. It was not cleaning and rinsing the dishes properly. And, one minor thing, why is it necessary to "neatly" put the bedding covers back after the beds are stripped of their sheets. It may not seem much but when you are get packed up to leave and our case drive over 9 hours, it is a requirement that seemed unnecesary since the beds had to be remade any way.
