This gorgeous condo is located on the Amelia Island Plantation and comes equipped with a private balcony overlooking the community pool and ocean! Amenities include a well-equipped kitchen, TVs in all rooms, high-speed WiFi, and an on-site washer/dryer. This multi-level condo boasts gorgeous ocean views from the kitchen, living room, and primary bedroom and offers a great entertaining space for the entire family! The primary bedroom has a bathroom attached to it with a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms are on the middle floor and have a shared bath (shower/tub combo) in the hall.
Things to Know
Please be aware that starting Monday, August 11th: There will be a project in the parking lot area that will involve construction noise and increased activity & is projected to last approximately 6 weeks.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.

Fantastic view and location
Very good property and location. Not for small children due to higher floor and balcony. Great for adults and family. Excellent pool. Right on beach and fabulous view. Easy parking. Needs beach towels and one of the bedrooms with twin beds doesn’t get great air conditioning. Excellent weekend stay on the Plantation.

Beach Walker Condo
The location, private parking, and the management company were big pluses.
The condo was okay. Bathrooms were very small. The Master Bath was basically one person at a time. The kitchen was also very tight. Closets were very small. Bedrooms were like staying at a hotel, not a home.

Great location for family beach trip
Check in and check out was smooth. The condo was not well cleaned and there was only one pool key, but other than that everything was great. The Kitchen was equipped with all we needed. The location was good and the view outstanding. The entire family had a great time.

Just What We Needed
Our family of 5 was in need of a long weekend away, and this condo was exactly what we were looking for. The location was beautiful, there was plenty of space for us to spread out, and it was fully stocked with all we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and beach, and were able to rest and relax in a cozy condo during the rainstorms that came through. We will definitely be looking to rent this condo again.
