This rental property is located within the gates of a world-renowned Amelia Island Resort on the South end of Amelia Island. A gated community 24/7.
It is a Unique property for Beach Walker, a real exclusive-rare unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. Even though it is ground level having a patio, you have an unobstructed view of the waves crashing on the beach!

A Beautiful oceanfront setting located on the ground level of Beach Walker's BUILDING "A"-The smaller parking area. The Villa has an oceanside pool for guest use. This Amelia Island Resort... offers GOLF, TENNIS Clinics, Biking, Walking Trails, and Picnic & Grilling areas. Bikes and Golf Cart rentals are available to guests. It is within minutes of the historic town of Fernandina Beach with lots of shops, quaint restaurants, and a harbor, with views of the "CUMBERLAND ISLAND".


The views are "Captivating"... you can see the waves crashing along the shoreline from the living area.
The beautiful pool area has the Ocean as the backdrop and Crowsnest for lounging under a grass rooftop...you really feel like you are on a tropical Island.
The pool and the surrounding deck were recently renovated in 2020. A New bathhouse and showers right near the beach walkout. There are also 3 charcoal grills in this same area for guest use.

About the Interior of the property:
Having 2 levels... Up--- is the Foyer entrance and laundry room and double closets, stepping down five steps into the kitchen and dining combo-open floor plan with double sliding doors on each side of the living-dining combination...where there you have your beautiful ocean view...

Entertainment focus in the living room you will be delighted to find a 55-inch smart flat screen with surround sound. Cabel & Wifi. Voice-activated remote control.

Stepping down again into the bedrooms:
The Condo features 3 new and comfortable mattresses and nice linens. Primary Bedroom has a" King" size bed and the guest room has two "Queen Size" beds. Both BRs have Flat Screen TV'S. Both bedrooms have nice size closets and ceiling fans.

An en-suite Primary bedroom, with a walk-in glass & tile shower.
Guest Bath has a TUB/SHOWER Combination for the kiddos.
It also has a Full laundry room and water softener for your convenience.
Both Bedrooms have tile flooring...no carpet in the condo. The Living Room features a new comfortable Oversized Sofa with reclining end chairs. Sliding Glass Doors and Oceanside window for a clear view of the ocean. Upgraded high-speed internet.
2 - 4 Beach Chairs & Beach towels are available for guests to use.

Amazing views of the ocean!!! Very easy access to the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed for the week to cook meals. The master shower is awesome! I would definitely stay here again and again! Dee was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

We rent several times a year through VRBO, but this was our 1st time in Amelia Island. I have to say this unit, with the sea turtle decor throughout, was absolutely beautiful. The unit is the best equipped place we have ever stayed. Dee was a wonderful host and thought of everything to make our stay perfect. The view of the ocean is stunning. We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise each morning from the patio, and a cocktail each evening before dinner. There are several restaurants in the resort and highly recommend Bob's Steak for an excellent experience. We hope to visit again.

Best experience we have had at AIP and we have been coming for 24 years.

Family favorite

We have been staying in the Omni Plantation area for many years and this was our favorite so far. The walkout patio is perfect. The weather was a little cooler and we could enjoy the sunshine from the loungers. We had everything that we needed. The family room and kitchen were ideal. The only negative is no elevator but we decided to pack fewer things next time because we rarely left the property! Great stay!

Beachwalker Resort 1193 on Amelia Island

This property was spectacular!! It was a first-floor condo, but still had a great view of the beach and ocean. The property manager, Dee, was great to work with. She was very responsive to every question we asked! The entire area surrounding the condo was beautiful with a ton of nature. We would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic!

My husband and I had a wonderful time here! The view is amazing and there is great beach and pool access. The unit was very clean upon our arrival and had all of the amenities we needed. Dee was great to work with as well. We will be back!

Incredible Beach View

A gorgeous comfortable well appointed ground floor condo with incredible beach views and walk out right to the beach. So nice to have amenities provided such as coffee filters, paper products, spices and oil, lots of lovely towels. However we are an older couple and my husband has mobility issues so the journey from the parking lot to the condo suite was very challenging. But just a lovely setting and neighbourhood!

The perfect beach condo!

We had the best week in the condo. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. Nothing beats the view and location! Easy walk to the beach and pool. Can’t wait to stay again!

Amelia Island vacation

Loved this property and, especially, the first floor location which still had a beautiful view of the ocean and a patio and yard for children to easily play outside. The condo is very beautiful and well-equipped. Furniture brand new, nice television, new mattresses, kitchen has everything you need. Would definitely come back and recommend.
