Beach Bummed
First of all, we could not get into the property at check-in because the key code did not work. After several text messages of them sending new codes to try, they finally told us of a hidden key. We did not get a working code until later the next day. That meant six different people were sharing ONE key. The tap water in this place was so unbelievably horrible. The most pungent overwhelming sulfur smell. It would literally gag you when you tried to take a shower. We had to open the front and back doors to let the smell out every time someone took a shower. We had to go and buy bottled water to brush our teeth with and to make coffee. There is no way this has not been brought up before. So not fun going to a wedding when you had to take a sulfur shower. The house itself was nice but could definitely use a deep cleaning. Two different sets of faucets were very loose and needed repair. Shower curtain in shared bathroom needed replacing. I would never rent this again, especially for this kind of money. Total disappointment. Can not recommend.

Good location
Location is good but house needs a furniture upgrade and appliance checks. Beds really hard and not comfortable, ice maker did not work and place just overall needed to be updated and painting.

No water
We rented the home from Friday @ 4pm until check out on Sunday. We had no water from approximately 3pm Saturday until we left Sunday morning @ approximately 10am. That meant no cooking, showers or flushing of toilets for 8 people. Not the freinds get together we had in mind.

Perfect multi-generational home
This was a perfect home for older family members with mobility issues. The elevator, hard surface flooring, and large walk in shower makes this a perfect home for any family who have loved ones using walkers, wheel chairs, and/or shower seats.
