The primary bedroom's king bed comes with its own en suite bathroom and a private balcony, tucked among the plantation's live oaks. It is the villa's signature spot, a quiet retreat away from the shared living space, ideal for morning coffee or an evening nightcap once the rest of the group has settled in.

LIVING ROOM

The living room is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating arranged around a TV, plus a dedicated workstation with free WiFi for anyone in the group who needs to log on. It is set up as a real gathering space rather than an afterthought, with enough seating that the whole group can settle in together after a day at the beach or the pool.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen has been fully renovated with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, toaster, and the cooking basics needed to put together a real meal. A dining table seats the group for meals in, and the layout keeps the kitchen open to the living and dining space rather than closed off.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The primary bedroom's king bed comes with its own private ensuite bathroom and balcony, giving the main sleeping space real separation from the rest of the unit. The second bedroom's two twin beds work well for kids or a pair of friends traveling together, and the queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds a third sleeping option, bringing the villa to a comfortable six-guest capacity in total.

BATHROOMS

Two full bathrooms mean no one has to wait in line, with the primary suite's ensuite giving the king bedroom its own private bath separate from the rest of the group.

GOOD TO KNOW

This is a 1st-floor unit reached by about 10-14 steps; there is no elevator access. The community pool is shared and not heated. Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and trailers and motorcycles are not permitted in the community. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM, with a maximum occupancy of six guests. Free parking is available on-site. Non-smoking, pet-free property, no pets of any kind.
