Coastal Casita is a licensed B&B Cottage with three bedrooms each with luxury ensuite bathrooms available to book for your entire family or individually if needed.
Escape to Amelia Island and this pretty home, bursting with Southern charm.

The Coastal Casita Amelia Island features two stories, with a cozy master bedroom and luxury bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower downstairs. Upstairs, there are two spacious guest rooms one with a queen bed and a single pull out trundle bed and the other with a queen bed and a small pull out toddler bed. All bedrooms have en suite luxury bathrooms.

Enjoy a large dining area with table space for the whole family, or dine at the kitchen's bar and enjoy a complimentary coffee or tea. The kitchen comes equipped with dishes, a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans and everything you might need to enjoy cooking delicious meals, etc..

By way of a little extra treat, this home also comes with five complementary bikes for exploring the quaint neighborhood. A golf cart is also available for guest use; however, a signed waiver is required and a $50 per-stay fee applies for use of the golf cart. Bring your own kayaks or rent a boat and you'll find a spot to launch from not too far away, and there's a park and the site of a historic fort just down the street – a great place to watch the sunset or climb down the embankment to the little beach. And after you've spent the day exploring the great outdoors, come home to fire up the electric Traeger grill for a fun family barbecue.

More interested in quiet time or a little romance? Spend days enjoying the great outdoors with a quiet walk or bike ride along the river, right here in our tranquil and friendly Old town neighborhood. Then snuggle up in front of the living room fireplace in the evening with a 70 inch smart tv.

Rest assured that your stay will be serene, satisfying, and safe. We take extra precautions to offer you the freedom to kick up your feet, in total privacy. All communications with the owners can be safely and conveniently managed via phone or text message. We will respect your safety and health by offering facilities that are sparkling clean and well maintained. In addition, the house will be thoroughly sanitized, before and after your stay.

I will be available for assistance 24/7 during your stay. Your keyless entry code will be sent to you a few days before your arrival.

The Coastal Casita was a absolutely beautiful home for our families annual girls weekend. The kitchen was so modern and luxurious. We didn't get to use the golf cart or the outside porches due to unusually cold weather but we loved the time inside. Home away from Home

We came in to town for our son’s first birthday! Upon arrival, our host Kathy was very informative and accommodating. This home is absolutely lovely and in such a wonderful, quiet and centralized location on the island. The amenities were perfect, the home was extremely clean and beds were soft and comfortable. Our family enjoyed the entire trip, as if it was a home away from home.

AMAZING!!

This home is amazing! The moment we walked in we felt at home. The furnishings and decor are immaculate and SO BEAUTIFUL! It was as if we were stepping into a magazine! We travel to Fernandina annually and we were more than a little sad to have to go home. Love love love! If we could give this rental more than 5 stars we would. We can’t wait to come back!

The property and the location were perfect. The house is very nice and has everything you need for a family vacation. Comes with a 6 seater golfcart to use while you stay. Adorable cottage

If a perfect vacation cottage exists, then this is it! Such a wonderfully thought-out house! Pretty inside and out, in a quiet friendly neighborhood, this cottage is perfect for breakfast or dinner on the porch. Excellent communication with the manager Kathy! Perfection!

Loved the location and property! We did not cook while staying here but the kitchen and residence was furnished beyond belief in all aspects. Highly recommend this residence. My family of four was in luxury while staying here!
