Staff in the front desk are really nice very friendly and accommodating but not impressed with the cleanliness,didn’t clean the room we have to asked for towels etc.hoping the housekeeping are changing the bed,sheets and inside sheets including the bed cover for the next customer!need also the real eggs for breakfast!

Rena was sincere and welcoming. My mother and I are here for testing at Mayo. I have to stay up for 24 hours for my test on Friday. There was a live roach in the bathroom. I am trying to stay awake so I went to the fitness center and although it was adequate- the equipment does need some maintenance and adjustments to it. I came downstairs so that my mother could continue to sleep and asked the front service clerk if it was ok that I sat downstairs and explained to him why. He seemed bothered by the question. We will be coming back to be at Mayo for 5 days and my mother will need a hotel. I am unsure if this will be the hotel. We do love the seperate space away from the beds.

Clean room, safe area, would have given it a 5 but sheets were ripped that were in the bed in a spot that should have been obvious when making the bed. Poor choice to leave it on in my opinion.

Checked in around 9:30pm after 14 hours on the road. All I wanted was my room key, but front desk (Mej) kept pressuring me to enroll in Choice Hotel’s speciality awards program. “What’s your phone number?” I just want my room key. “That’s okay. I’ll enroll you. What’s your email address?” Lady, enough already. You didn’t even ask me if I wanted to be enrolled. Let me get my room key so I can go to sleep.
