The staff were wonderful. No complaints at all with any of them. The property needs some updating and the cleanliness was a little remiss. I found a soda can in a corner under a chair that did not belong to us. The beds were also made haphazardly. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but that is no one's fault.

The bathroom door hook is missing. Lamp was flickering. Shower knob was very loose. Paint job in bathroom was sloppy. Cranked toilet tank lid. Thermostat for cooling was inconsistent. Seing on temp was more than 4 degrees. Turned on air and it took hours to come on.

The staff, excellent! Chef’s kiss to the staff! Hotel rooms need upgrades. Dump the carpet it looks disgusting and install LVP flooring. Shower mat was worn, looked dirty (We had shower shoes so used those in the tub).

Front desk clerk very up bet, awesome service, Room very nice. Also staff very helpful,In exercise room.had a little hard time working on stepper, fixed . Water in exercise room nice and cool Pool nice , not heated but not ice cold . Room warm in pool area. Would differently come back. 😀
