Was a great place to stay with small children! Felt like it was a safe area with lots to do nearby. Shuttle to the polar express was an awesome feature. My kids loved the indoor pool. BEST PART- complimentary glass of wine or beer mon-thurs from 5-8 😂 It was clean and house keeping came by everyday. The towel reviews are true - you get one per guest, no more unless you trade your old ones. My toddler did say “wow it’s so soft and fluffy” so at least he understands the hype. The pull out couch was perfect for my toddler (even though he ended up sleeping with me). Found out my pack and play broke an hour before bedtime for my baby, front desk got me a crib immediately. Crib was way nicer than the pack and play and safe sleep approved (also fit in the closet haha). Bring a crib sheet if you plan on using it though, the sheet they give you is way too big. Breakfast was good. I mean it’s hotel breakfast you can’t have high expectations. Only negative was someone was playing loud music late at night in our hall. Also smelt like marijuana that same night only. I didn’t report it cause I was alone with small children and didn’t wanna piss anyone off, but I’m confident the front desk would have handled it if I did. We haven’t gotten our $50 hold back yet but it’s a holiday weekend so that’s expected. No other unexpected charges. Definitely will come back next holiday season!
