Nicely renovated, this little one-bedroom suite at 2356 Courtside Villas is the perfect getaway spot! This one-level condo is on the ground floor and has two queen-sized beds and an attached bathroom. Enjoy the quiet patio or walk mere steps to the complex pool outside the front door. The closest beach access is only 500 yards or a 5-minute stroll away through the gated Omni Amelia Island Resort, formerly known as the Amelia Island Plantation.

Explore this AAA Four Diamond beach resort and all it has to offer - stretches of stunning beaches, miles of biking and walking trails, and the nearby Shops at Omni Amelia Island, an old Florida shopping village with restaurants, boutiques, an art gallery, and more. This village is also where the resort's Nature Center, chapel, miniature golf, bike/golf cart rental shop, and full-service spa & salon are located.

When not relaxing on the beach or exploring the resort, this cozy room has a flat-screen TV and everyone will appreciate staying connected with free WiFi.

Please note the tennis courts next door at Racquet Park are for Club members only, unless guests wish to schedule lessons or a clinic.

A 15-minute drive north will take you to charming Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach. Here travelers will find a variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Fort Clinch State Park and Egans Creek Greenway are also about 15-minutes north by car, and offer great biking and walking trails with many places to spot wildlife and enjoy beautiful scenery.
